一直喜歡瑞吉，寶安這家2月份開了，趕緊來住住！
硬件沒話説，是同級酒店裡我比較愛的風格。
辦理入住時前台小哥哥親切，速度快，還親自送到電梯（很可惜忘記記錄他的名字）
退房時的小姐姐速度也是很快，也很認真的和我們溝通了改進意見，這次要點名表揚Katie Zhou
房間：
席夢思床墊標配啦，很舒服，驚喜的是沙發的舒適度。
洗手間：
最愛的大理石，雙洗手盆，超大淋浴間…
早餐：
有廣東特色早茶，牛腩豬腸粉。早茶點心吃得出是手工自製的，非常推薦。
總體體驗非常好，還會再來度假。

新近開業的奢華酒店坐擁歡樂港灣轉角高位景觀，景色大氣宜人，大堂特別有設計感，每日在這裏舉行的香檳入夜儀式也是很有氛圍感房間:
房間整體感覺大方，有設計感，裏面的藝術裝飾品也有格調。房間內的風景相當好，晚上可以躺在沙發上看前海灣的燈光秀，特別享受。洗護用品Sodashi的沐浴露味道非常喜歡，法國品牌的牙膏也特別好用。
瑞吉品牌的特色是管家服務，每次入住該品牌，我都會測試、個人感覺這家的服務比較到位：
1.熨燙服務:每人每天2件，1小時內完成，熨燙滿意
2.茶飲送房服務無論早晚，都做得相當到位
3.打掃服務做得比較到位
*託大堂郵寄快遞，也是非常給力。
❤️自助早餐很有驚喜:
1.西餐:
改良版的班尼迪克蛋，據説可以排名深圳Top1，於是測試了一下，真的非常有驚喜，不可錯過。
2.中餐：
老西關牛雜腸粉工作人員耐心根據個性化需求一塊一塊挑出我喜歡的食材盛給我滿滿一碗，很難想象，在標準化管理盛行年代的自助餐廳裏還有這樣的服務，能吃得到有靈魂煙火氣的美味
3.飲品:
特別喜歡這家鮮榨果汁，食材新鮮，可以説是精挑細選級的。早餐快結束的時候，當管理上人員Vivianna得知我喜歡的鮮榨胡蘿蔔汁沽清了，她悄悄聯繫當班大廚，讓廚房再特別洗了新的蘿蔔，榨汁後送到客房。這樣的體驗特別令人感動。

From the moment we arrived, Joshua Zhang at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. He was exceptionally attentive, patiently answering all our questions and meticulously arranging the perfect room for our needs. His professionalism and warm demeanor set a wonderful tone for our entire visit.
The excellence continued with our butler, Luna. Her service was the epitome of thoughtfulness and genuine care. 酒店很漂亮 景觀也不錯。入住時升級了房型可以看到灣景。入住後就添加了管家微信，有需求可以隨時聯絡管家。房間50平 在深圳算寬敞了。親子出行，酒店提供小童用品和床圍。開夜床服務挺仔細的。晚上回房間看到方方面面很整潔就倍感舒服。喜歡24小時的佳飲服務，早晨起床叫一杯冰美式 晚上回房間叫一杯凍檸茶。真的很方便。早餐是自助早餐，口味中規中矩 品類挺豐富的。35樓大堂的雪糕挺好吃。酒店工作人員的服務都挺好的，感謝管家nina和lumina，此次出行對我們一行人無微不至的照顧和服務。

It’s my second time staying at St Regis. I’ve always enjoyed the service the brand has provided. It’s been a great comfort to me whenever I feel exhausted at work, and it’s the place I feel like home. The room view is spectacular, I could always leave my curtain on & enjoy the night view by myself. The butler service is the another reason why I love St Regis so much. Whenever you need anything, the butler will always be there for you, providing you with a hot beverage is also a spot on for my trip.

週末帶孩子來前海瑞吉，入住時候等候了一會，孩子有些不耐煩，工作人員細心與孩子互動，很快安撫好孩子的情緒。
傍晚去游泳池游泳，人很少；晚上帶家人去小酌了一杯；早餐蠻豐富的，蝦餃燒麥排骨等蒸食需要排隊。
總的來説是一次不錯的體驗。

總體體感:棒。
1.設施新，桌子都是圓角，安全性高，有嬰兒床和護欄，床品舒服（床墊稍軟），隔音好，洗浴用品齊全，絲瓜絡尤其好用。
2.早餐種類不多，但好吃。水果新鮮，品質肉眼可見的好。雖然沒有寶寶餐，但是有白粥，煮雞蛋，雲吞麪的師傅還幫忙煮了無味道的蔬菜和雲吞，孩子很喜歡吃。
3.服務態度極好，工作人員都是帥哥美女，對小寶寶很有愛，不是那種形式上的關愛，重視細節，寶寶把小童餐具扔到地上，馬上更換，耐心地等待寶寶叫“姐姐和哥哥”。用餐環境極好，氛圍感很棒，應該挺出片的，可惜每次吃飯我都很忙，沒有時間拍照。
4.酒店周邊有711，麥當勞，肯德基，離前海石公園，歡樂港灣很近，還有一個大商場（壹方城），還是很便捷的。訂外賣也很快，有某團櫃。
4.禮賓部在1層，check in需要去35層，稍彆扭，但不影響。在34層去客房更方便，出了電梯右轉，就是去客房的電梯，比在大堂（35層）方便多了。
5.不足:
需要按金。
我們是一家老小出行，長者已經快70歲了，孩子剛剛1歲，因為入住的人多，沒有同一樓層的房間了，沒辦法，第一天我衹好奔波於39層和46層。長者不會弄淋浴的熱水，洗澡水不熱，差點感冒。
實在沒辦法了，第二天溝通後説下午給調到同一樓層，可是直到我們退房也沒有安排，因為就住2天，也就沒有再溝通……
總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，前海華僑城瑞吉還是很棒的，值得體驗。
