I came to Shenzhen for a photoshoot and was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Jovana was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Hotel is close to Poly Cultural Centre about 15 minutes walk in a quiet neighbourhood. Front desk 橙橙 was helpful providing information about the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with facilities such as gym, laundry and lounge area on the ground floor.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the Tencent Building, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rooms are spacious, and the facilities are new, including a well-equipped gym. The breakfast spread is superb, and guests also enjoy a complimentary mini-bar.

The hotel is conveniently located with excellent transportation links, making it easy to get around without any hassle. The facilities in the rooms are fully equipped, clean, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities readily available.

The soundproofing was truly excellent! Even with a street-facing room, I couldn't hear any noise at all and slept soundly until morning. The local snacks served for breakfast were also very special. Our butler, Jovana, called beforehand to arrange the room, which was very helpful.
