Check-in was incredibly busy, and we ended up waiting for half an hour. However, our butler was fantastic; after handing us the room key, they even brought breakfast directly to our room! The service was incredibly attentive, and the ladies at the front desk were all so lovely. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all exceptionally good. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.
