The reality of the place is even more stunning than the photos. What I loved most was the hotel's design, which beautifully incorporates warm, natural stone materials with wooden furniture, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Previous beach holidays often felt stressful due to the crowds, but the privacy here is exceptional. You have to register your license plate to enter, making it feel like a genuinely private beach. I particularly enjoyed the reef-lined ocean view from outside the restaurant. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise: the Western options for adults featured incredibly fresh ingredients, and the beef kway teow for the children was quite authentic and delicious! I heard two more sea-view restaurants are yet to open, which I'm very much looking forward to. This place truly allowed me to unwind!

There were also strands of hair that definitely weren't ours. Did your housekeeping team even bother to change the sheets?! It was utterly disgusting. Furthermore, I don't know if it's because I usually stay at international chain hotels or if I'm just easily shocked, but finding complimentary condoms in the room, combined with the un-changed bed linen, just made the experience even more unpleasant!
For a hotel costing over 3700 per night, this is simply unacceptable!
