1.酒店入住上電梯需要先走樓梯，提重行李的非常不方便…
2.酒店整層在3樓，走廊非常雜亂，根本找不到自己的房間在哪，標識也不明確…
3.酒店房間，非常差勁，預訂的是行政大床房，然後，房間內就一個巨大的柱子在中央，佔據整個房間…
4.酒店電視，不可以投屏，需要充值會員，住了這麼多酒店才知道，沒遇到過這種，然後，充值就充值，二次消費後，電視並不好用，不斷的退出，所有軟件都試了，然後找客服找前台，都無法解決問題…
5.酒店隔音非常非常的差，周圍聲音聽得一清二楚…
6.洗澡熱水忽冷忽熱，不知道是管道太長，還是什麼原因…
7.很少對酒店進行評價，如此差評，真的是有被氣到，所以，各位自行評估吧…

在卓邦美居酒店住了5晚，很不錯。前台的小哥哥、小姐姐都很禮貌，服務周到。酒店應該是新裝修的，設施設備很完備，有獨立的洗衣烘乾房和健身房可以使用。房間很乾靜，床鋪很舒服，保潔阿姨衞生打掃很及時。交通便利，緊靠西麗地鐵站C口，對面B口路邊公交站，有直通珠海的BUS，價格便宜還方便。周圍餐飲店、超市、水果店豐富。酒店提供早餐，個人感覺湯河粉味道最好。

來深圳遊玩，選擇了這家200上下的酒店，性價比很高！先生也誇讚這個價位能有這樣的品質不錯。
優點：
· 位置便利： 離世界之窗很近，周邊有商場和麥當勞等，吃飯出行都很方便。
· 酒店嶄新： 酒店很新，看起來非常乾淨，這點讓人特別放心。
· 服務及時： 服務人員充足，遇到問題能及時趕到處理，非常貼心。
· 睡眠舒適： 晚上睡得很好，保證了遊玩的精力。
待改善：
· 指引不清： 電梯和房間的指示牌不清晰，找電梯都看不到，房間比較多，指示不清楚拐來拐去的。
·早餐一般： 不過這個價位也能理解，反正附近也有麥當勞早餐店也多。
這個200多上下的酒店品質可以了，希望生意越來越好！下次來深圳還會選擇這裏。

酒店大堂華麗，沙發時尚，服務員有禮。衹有一部電梯，和2樓的電影院共用。樓層是3樓，很大的一層，有很多房間。所有房間的排列是沿着外牆興建，所以走廊是環型的，熟悉了也不難找房間和電梯入口。房間裝修時尚新穎，所用的熱水壺、吹風機和淋浴花灑都很高端。兩個床頭都有USB和TypeC充電頭，但不是快充。電視可以投屏，但是要手機App適配，Bilibili、夸克和QQ瀏覽器都不適配，最後我衹有Castify支持，所以這個要吐槽一下，建議酒店提供適配的App列表，或是再改善一下投屏App的支持。
酒店旁有紅荔村腸粉，24小時提供美味的腸粉和粥品。也有庫迪咖啡和瑞幸咖啡。步行去西麗366大街約20分鐘，位置方便。
