Spent a night here, there was a problem with the AC that cause loud weird noise, probably because of the water pipe. Had to request to change to another room during midnight, staffs were supportive, however, it was not a very pleasant stay due to that incident as my sleep was disturbed. Checked out late for 1 hour on the next day, understood that was my fault but considering the incident happened on the previous night, staffs could handle much better by offering some extra mile service, which didn’t really happen.

The employees is too much friendly, they helped me alot. I am very happy to stay here and defenitely come back when visiting shenzen again

Very, very bad environment. There was a musty smell as soon as the room was opened. There were no windows. The noise of the ventilator was like an engine. There were unknown stains on the chairs. The toilet was not sanitary. I felt itchy all over when I slept. The uncomfortable space made me cough all night. The sound insulation was very poor. I could hear the sound of the phone call and TV in the next room clearly.
