2:00入住的，晚上六點去，竟然告訴我們房間還在打掃🧹，前台沒人，大熱天讓我們在門口乾等15分鐘。前台接待也是一副愛住不住，不住退房這種服務態度。（因為剛在雲裏夢想玩完，家人和我都很累就忍氣住下了）；在登記時前台還裝給你升級了一個房間，結果到了升級的21N還不如5A這種；最最最讓人噁心頭皮發麻的來了，我們在房間看着電視📺，一衹巨大的蟑螂飛來飛去，飛到床簾上，我給滅了！發給前台，半小時後才見一個房管拿着電蚊拍上來把蟑螂屍體捉走，好傢伙，連句抱歉啥的都沒有，像是啥事沒發生，前台也不回消息了；這是噁心到了，啥也不想和他們溝通啥的了，太噁心🤢了，不踏實的將就了一晚，就趕緊溜了……蟑螂真的大，服務態度質量是真的及其差……

位置方面還是很方便的。環境也不錯，衹是服務人員不太行。批評了客房阿姨，因為客房阿姨在嚼舌根抱怨讓我聽到，然後前台就説不好意思，我想讓他優惠十幾塊錢講了我大半天一直説小本生意，我不是讓你天天給我少那幾十塊，我就那一天問你。講了我大半個鍾才肯。我住這麼多次越來越失望，隔天阿姨打掃衞生浴巾沒有換問了才告訴我説布草送過來不太夠，沒有提前跟客人説跟客人自己發現這是兩個概念，床上被子又像沒有換，有頭髮。酒店回覆不可能有頭髮就算有也是一根兩根，前台服務質量讓人感覺就是沒有錢就沒有什麼好説的，想換個高一點但是前台説設施好，樓層高所以價格要貴一點。我衹是想問有沒有高一點靠馬路的，你言外之意就是想讓我加錢住。問題是我在這裏住了一個多星期，就這樣維護老顧客。在深圳有用房需求所以才一直住這邊。但是我覺得還不如樓上的另一家酒店。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務熱情，工作人員都很敬業哪個電視不會調怎麼的微信叫是下前台立馬就及時處理問題了，設身處地為客人着想，，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，讓人無比舒心。

非常好，房型滿意，衞生環境也不錯，投影儀也很過癮，最重要的是服務很到位，期間出了點小插曲，前台小哥很快解決，落下東西在酒店也是馬不停蹄的幫我找，下次有機會來深圳再入住。
