Very clean with comfortable beds. Excellent staff and service. The pool area is super lovely and clean. it’s easy to take a taxi into the downtown Futian area.

Bad experience in staying this hotel. Bad smelling in the room and air conditioner always emits the sound. The facilities are quite old too. The hotel price is not worth.

Location: not in town but close to the border (from HongKong).
Food: really really good ~ for Breakfast room and dinner room at Spice restuarant
Guest Room: Old style, look not much clean but can accept
Hotel Facilities: Clean, but smell smoking everywhere
Stuff: very nice and good manner, but most cannot speak English
***The hotel its connected with the big apartment building, lots ot people***
Have 1 mini-mart on the G floor.

Hotel staff are polite and very helpful.
Buffet breakfast and food taste is good. My 3 years old toddler liked it.

Old place from the access door, with a lack of maintenance. The first assigned room had a strong musty smell. The second room had mold in the shower and rusty fixtures. the television was at least 15 years old, No recomendable.

Used to be a good business hotel provide professional service and offered good service to repeated guests.
I stayed at this hotel since they opened but their service standard is no longer especially not really care about those long term supportive guest like me.
No upgraded anymore so I will not book thru Marriot Bonvoy website,price even more expensive.
Charged to in house guest even more expensive than walk in guest
