The room is relatively small (maybe it's like this in Shenzhen?) But I was a little disappointed in the service: First, the waiter lacked training in the ability to make an accommodation list, and it took more than 20 minutes to make the accommodation list... Second, there was no place to dry wet clothes in the room, which made it difficult for me to find; Third, after adding the front desk WeChat (needed to send invoices), they called me directly to ask me where the clothes drying rack was. I spent nearly a minute explaining (fortunately I have a good memory). There were two clothes drying racks in total (the kind with hooks). They said that the check-out inventory couldn't find them, and I didn't hide them on purpose. I replied: "One is on the chair (the only chair in the room), and the other is on the washstand"... I found it later, but didn't tell me whether the matter was resolved. I took the initiative to ask... In short, these things can reflect that the service level still has a lot of room for improvement (PS: I am just kindly and sincerely evaluating this hotel, not to discredit it, but I hope they can manage more standardized, improve their service level and business capabilities).

The hotel is not far from the subway. The environment inside the hotel is relatively clean. Food delivery can be delivered to the floor by a robot. The breakfast in the hotel is okay. You can go out to the street in the evening and there are roadside snacks.
