I stayed there for one night with my family. The hotel service was overall good. We enjoyed the breakfast and good sleep.
Only problem, I faced was the language. The front desk could not understand the english language and it took us around 1 hour to register and get the room key. It best if you translate your ID document in Chinese.

非常非常臟！沙發上，地毯上，椅子上，牆上，都是滿滿的污跡！完全不知道能坐哪裡！房卡明明寫着退房時間是2點，可是我問前台能否2點退房的時候，她衹説給個好評就行，搞得好像給了我什麼優惠似的…還特意要求指名是彭小姐服務好…好吧，現在指名了…
優點：床很大，還算舒適乾淨，而且熱水很夠熱，就是沖完涼外面會漏水到整個廁所地板上…

深圳整體房價會高一點我瞭解，但這仍舊不能掩蓋我花了近300塊的不滿，性價比很低：
1.旁邊是KTV，晚上兩點還有大哥在激情演唱；
2.酒店設施很舊，感覺平時的客人估計都是打牌的中年男人，屋裡有很多煙燙過的痕跡，門栓都掉皮了；
3.透氣性很差，窗户打開是一個天台，從下開的那種，幾乎沒流通；
4.沐浴露洗髮水是我見過最次的；
5.電視一共有二十幾個台，能看的就五個，都是雪花點，不能投屏老電視；
6.沙發和地毯很臟，有很多洗不掉的使用痕跡，比如油點？我衹敢坐床；
7.床挺大的恨不得睡三個人也寬鬆，服務人員也沒問題。
總之就是圖近，服務人員沒問題，就是設施和環境體驗很差。
