Most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed. Tried 4 rooms before finally settling on one which I cleaned myself anyway for 5 hours. Frequently dog piss in the lifts and corridors, garbage dumped in corridors infested with fruit flies. The doors look modern but have useless soundproofing, can hear bags rustling in corridor when door closed. Furniture falling apart. Car park stank of human excrement. Surrounded by a highly chaotic local area and next door to a building site. Really awful experience in general, should not be allowed to operate as a hotel on trip.con

經常住中洲這邊的公寓和酒店，樓算比較新 所以環境比較喜歡這一塊。 但這次踩雷了，床單有女生留下的假睫毛…而且是黏的死死的 非常噁心，這一晚不知道我是怎麼將就的，可能因為很晚才入住，將近晚上十二點，想着睡幾個小時而已，五六點就要起床去深圳機場了。。 而且這衹是冰山一角，到處都是灰，沙發也是很臟 沙發縫有很多小垃圾殘留…
根據衞生部“一客一換並消毒”制度，這麼簡單的衞生都做不好嘛。。衞生是最最最基本的紅線了。

房內有多隻蚊飛來飛去
彈弓床偏舊...郁動有聲...床感有凹陷
浴室有2盞射燈燒左
房門完全隔唔到音，走廊有人講野係好應聲。🙉
衣櫃內保險箱上的燈不斷閃下閃下
閂埋衣櫃都仲係衣櫃罅見到不斷閃
沖涼途中突然跳制...全間房熄哂燈無哂電
客服上房了解，表示電壓過大引致跳制
但我地只係開左電視，開左冷氣，同沖涼
咁就跳左制😅
佢搞完之後沖涼都慶幸無再跳制
唯一好既就係有事即刻微信聯絡客服
都唔係等太耐就上左房了解。
附近多野食，多足浴。

假日親子行，酒店式公寓，環境可以，在城中村旁，出行非常方便，周边有很多食肆，都近kk one.中洲，豐儉由人。外賣可以上楼，适合懒人。房間设施齊全。只是空调不夠冷，有陽台可以呼吸，可以谅晒衣物。整体还可以，性價比高。怕熱的朋友要注意。

衛生不足,個風筒一插落去開,就着火嚇死我的小朋友，因為當時佢要吹頭、之後全屋嘅電器跳掣！
最後我檢查冷氣同燈同埋熱水爐仲可以用我就冇落去搵管房嘅人有得佢住住完就算啦！小朋友好驚！

公寓外觀、設施都比較新及十分乾淨，看圖片感覺比較大，實際入住後房間沒有想像中大，但也足夠。
地理位置挺好的，樓下就有大量食肆，買的吃的應有盡有，消費較平民化。
唯一不太滿意電視是投影機，房間全黑才看得清，十分不方便，還是比較喜歡用電視。

環境還行，有大落地窗打開門可以吹風，但是陽台有一條可能是上個客人遺留的內褲在晾曬沒有取下來，冰箱裏異味有點大，床會嘎吱嘎吱響，有花灑但是沒有頂噴

落地陽台，採光很好，對面是一條排擋街，吃飯宵夜方便。房間衞生搞的挺乾淨的，前台給安排了一間帶投影儀的房間，畫面清晰支持投屏，看電影還是不錯的。值得一提的是洗護用品，用起來還蠻舒服，味道也好聞。
