Siman provided exceptional service. The rooms were well-appointed, and amenities like laundry service and EV charging stations were a great bonus. The in-room service was also excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The hotel room had amazing natural light; it felt wonderful to open the curtains and have the sunshine stream right in. Ms. Yu Fei at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was always responsive to requests but never overbearing – that 'just-right' level of service was a major highlight and has definitely put this hotel on my list to return to!

What's more, the hotel's soundproofing exceeded our expectations; we barely heard any outside noise, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were excellent, catering to diverse preferences. During check-out, the staff proactively inquired about our stay, which was a truly thoughtful touch. Overall, everything from the service and ambiance to the smallest details was impeccable.
