Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Dongmen

Extended one day due to midnight flight back, the extension was seamless and just need to validate the room card. The location is very near to the Metro, like 100 - 150m away. Lots of shops around, everything you need can be found just around the corner. Took a street view, just outside of Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Dongmen along Jinxi Street (road sign). Just cross the road, walk towards the street and turn left at the junction, walk about 20 metres away, you can see the Hubei Metro.

I had a wonderful time in Hampton hotel. The breakfasts were so tasty. I had dinner sometimes and it was so good, it was more than enough I had to reserve some to eat later. The restaurant waiters kindly warmed up the food for me when I was ready. They were all good people. There was a particularly woman who served me but I can’t recall her name. Another amazing gesture was when James, the hotel manager contacted me ahead on WhatsApp before my arrival to provide me guidance on how to easily locate the hotel from the train station. He was so kind, polite, friendly and helpful. When I arrived, Wesley was at the front desk, he was so kind, polite and was really good with English too which aided our communication. He generously upgraded me to a bigger room for me to enjoy my stay. Other days I met Lisa at the front desk, she was so polite and kind, though she couldn’t speak in English, she made genuine efforts to help me to the best of her ability. I recommend this hotel to everyone travelling. Thank you for helping me to have a wonderful stay in the beautiful city of Shenzhen

The outlook of the hotel was delightful first of all, then when you come up to the front desk, the reception was super friendly, especially there was a person called Lisa, she was so nice and willing to talk, and even more she upgraded my room in order for me to have better experience in this hotel, I would love to come again：）

My first impression of this hotel was amazing because before my stay even started Jason the front desk manager made an effort to contact me regarding my check-in time and made the proper arrangements for me for when I arrived. This little act of service set the tone for my entire trip. Since arriving into the hotel the front desk were super sweet and attentive and it was a quick check-in experience. Once I got into my room, I noticed how clean and cozy it was. Exactly what I expected for the price I paid. The bed is super comfortable perfect for a good nights rest. The next day breakfast is complimentary and there are so many options to choose from. They kept it all fresh and topped up for you. Housekeeping was also super sweet. I didn’t leave my room until after 4 o’clock and she noticed as I was leaving to ask if I needed my room made up before I came back. There  was a slight issue with my room and when I spoke with the front desk about it, they sent a technician right away to fix it.  Very impressed with their response time and efficiency. The street around the hotel offers a lot of food options. The hotel is also located within a 10 minute walking radius of the mall.  I cannot wait to be back again thank you. Highly recommended !!
