這個酒店入住體驗極差，強烈不推薦！
這次入住體驗可以説是我住過最糟糕的一次，完全沒有達到最基本的住宿標準。
1. 虛假窗户，壓抑至極：房間所謂的“窗户”竟然是個擺設，窗簾後面直接是一面牆！整個房間密不透風，空氣不流通，非常悶熱，讓人感覺十分壓抑。
2. 空調形同虛設：房間悶熱難耐，空調卻完全不給力，開了很久温度都沒有降下來，嚴重影響休息。
3. 設施簡陋，用品缺失：房間環境很差，設施陳舊，連最基本的洗髮露都沒有提供。更離譜的是，拖鞋竟然是壞的，穿起來硌腳，根本無法使用。
4. 噪音擾民，無法入睡： 早上6點，樓上就開始發出持續的敲擊聲，聲音非常大，完全無法入睡，嚴重影響了我的休息和行程安排。
總結：這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都極其糟糕，完全不推薦入住！希望酒店能夠重視這些問題，進行整改，否則衹會失去更多顧客。

服務：前台服務很好
前台小姐姐的服務態度很好 會告訴我們周邊那裡有好吃的好逛的 房間打掃的也很乾凈 整體下來住的很舒服 前台還免費給我們升級了房型 點贊👍

第一次住咁差，都算不上叫酒店，因當時夜晚入住，見地圖近坂田北地鐵站就選擇左，第二朝很早就走，瞓幾個鐘，所以懶得換房。夜晚搵路入，沿途要經過垃圾站，濕漉漉的路都不為意，第二朝先身原來起街市旁。房間衛生真的很一般，最奇怪係浴室入面有條大柱，真的第一次遇見，廁所門和浴室門開門方向不對，出入困難。一入房以為有窗，行近去點知係一條放雜物既室內走廊，真係不得了。差差差。

設施一般般，但是呢牆面都已經發黴掉皮了。這還不是主要的，主要的是5點多鐘就開始裝修。旁邊還有樓上一直吵的要死，本來去酒店就想睡一個安穩覺，結果還被吵了，氣的要死，一直吵到9點多鐘，實在待不了了，衹能提前退房了。
