The service was incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively connected with me via WeChat before my arrival. The location is fantastic and easy to find, being extremely close to the subway station. The surrounding area is bustling, and it's also very near MixC World. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and having a washing machine in the room was a huge convenience.

The location is excellent, right on Shennan Avenue. It's just a 5-minute walk from Hi-Tech Park Station (Line 1), making public transport incredibly convenient. Shenzhen MixC World is directly across the street, offering fantastic shopping opportunities. The surrounding area also features plenty of street shops and a wide variety of dining options. This two-bedroom unit comes with two large beds, making it perfectly suited for family travel.

Excellent! The room was very clean. There were lots of food options nearby, and it was also close to the subway station. The room was spacious, and the sofa was both soft and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Definitely worth coming back here again.

Would not recommend this hotel when you are a solo traveler or in general. The pictures are too different from reality, the bathroom was inconveniently small and had moldy spots. The overall look and feel of the hotel is shabby and I did not feel comfortable staying there. Would not recommend especially for the price you pay, you can get a way better hotel.
