The front desk service was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The staff even managed to upgrade our room, and check-in was a breeze. Our room boasted large floor-to-ceiling windows, was impeccably clean and comfortable, and offered a fantastic view from its high floor. Highly recommend!

This hotel is far from being 4-star quality; it's clearly an apartment building converted into a hotel. At night, the curtains let in too much light, the air conditioning was terribly ineffective, the sofa had stains, and even the hallways lacked AC. It's completely overpriced and offers terrible value for money. They didn't even provide bathrobes! There wasn't even a phone in the room to contact the front desk. As for breakfast, it was incredibly sparse – absolutely pathetic for a 4-star hotel. This is, hands down, the worst hotel I've stayed in for years!

We stayed in one of the lofts. It was nice and spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the first level and the sleeping area is on the second.

The environment and location are fantastic, with plenty of dining options right downstairs. I was very satisfied with the room's cleanliness, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again for my next business trip or vacation.

I was on a business trip to Tian'an Cloud Valley and found this hotel nearby. It actually comprises two buildings: one with LOFT-style rooms and another with standard rooms. When I booked, I didn't realize they were in separate buildings, which were a bit of a walk apart. Arriving late at night, I was simply too exhausted to contemplate lugging my luggage to a different building.

Located in Tian'an Cloud Valley, the hotel boasts a pleasant environment. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and responsive. My room on a high floor was exceptionally quiet; even with construction happening downstairs, it was barely audible. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent.

I stayed here because it is close to where I will be working so it was a good base to look for apartments but it is a little far out from the subway and most major attractions. The rooms though are very beautiful and luxurious so great value for money in that sense. The sky garden just above it is also great for a nightime stroll.

everything was good, from the server to the room and the view from the room. The only problem is that while sleeping, I could feel some thing. Like bugs crawling up my body and stuff. And since the whole family was in the same room, they said the same thing. Maybe we were unlucky, but overall the place was good. Probably because no one had stayed there for a long time.

The environment is very clean loaded with amenities and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The nearest train station is just 12 minutes walk away. Reception service is top notch and really manage to cater to most of our requests. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Paul was exceptionally kind. The hotel has two locations. Single bed lofts are in building 8 and two bed lofts are in building 5. When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Hot water. Free milk and coconut milk. Towels. Wash clothes. Hand towels. Hot water kettle. USB outlet. And it in Cloud Park which has countless food options and coffee shops.
