Checked in twice in one week, this time in the middle of the night. I gave a good review to the driver who picked us up at the airport, but the same problem occurred at the front desk. It was almost one in the morning when we checked in that day. The room we were assigned was close to the street and facing the elevator. After we went in and closed the windows, we found that the noise from the street was still very loud. We wanted to have a good sleep the next morning, so we communicated with the front desk to see if we could change to another room. The front desk said that this was the only room left of our room type. After repeated communication, they could only give us earplugs. Later we found that rooms of our type were actually for sale on various platforms. The next morning, I was woken up early by the sound of passing vehicles. I felt unwell afterwards, so I asked the front desk if I could delay check-out until 4:00 p.m., because I had seen that other guests could also delay check-out until 4:00 p.m. if they had special reasons. When we called the front desk, they bluntly refused and said that we could only delay our check-in until 3:00, so we had no choice but to agree. However, 15 minutes before 3:00, the front desk called us early to urge us to check out, and repeatedly reminded us that we needed to leave before 3:00. I gave a bad review to the front desk staff last time I stayed there, and I have to give a bad review again this time. This is the most inhumane hotel I have ever stayed in. They are totally inflexible and the front desk staff is very unprofessional. Will never stay here again next time.

The worst service in the hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked the airport shuttle service by phone two days in advance. When I confirmed it again on the day of check-in, I found that the staff who answered the phone the day before did not seem to have done a good job of handing over the service, so the front desk staff had to confirm with me many times before the appointment was made. The service professionalism is too poor. The only good comment goes to the driver who took us to the airport.

The room is on the 5th floor, quite big and new, the washing machine and dryer are also very useful, and it is very clean, but the location is relatively remote. No matter which tourist attraction you go to, it takes at least 2 hours by public transportation. There are some shopping malls around. There is no large full-length mirror, and there are factories next to it. The soundproofing is average. If you store your luggage for more than 3 days, you will be charged 5 yuan per day. The TV can be used with a mobile phone screen.

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are clean and sanitary, with dry and wet areas separated. If you have any questions, the front desk will respond promptly. It is very close to the airport and convenient for travel.

The night flight was delayed, and the driver who picked me up at the airport was always paying attention to the flight status. He was very nice and satisfied. The newly opened hotel is about half an hour's drive from the airport. It is relatively new overall, with good service attitude, good soundproofing in the room, clean and sanitary. I recommend staying here.

The front desk service is very good, the environment is clean and the transportation is convenient.
