Service:Exemplary 5-star professionalism. Staff promptly and effectively addressed our concerns about other guests smoking.
Location:Restful and beautiful seaside setting with a park, ideal for relaxation.
Room:Clean and high-standard, but surprisingly no bathtub.
Dining:Fantastic breakfast buffet with a thoughtful, well-curated selection.
Note:Hope the hotel improves enforcement of its non-smoking policy for guest safety.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Location-wise, it's a short walk away from main attractions including 3 massive malls, it's a stone's throw away from the seaside park.
In terms of amenities, there's nothing to complain about. It's got everything the hotel description states, with the only exception being the Juice Bar being unopened.
I would definitely return to this hotel, highly recommended.

I had a really pleasant time during my stay at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing too. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

High level of service as usual. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Wonderful gym room. They have robots that deliver your orders of food or stuff to your room.
