It was our first time in Shenzhen. My family enjoyed our stay. The instructions the host provided were very detailed and helpful which made finding the place very easy considering it was raining the day we arrived. As such, the host's attention to detail was very much appreciated!! The accommodation itself was awesome for our family of four. My nieces loved the clean and innovative space; from the advance touch screen blinds, lights to the projector in the living room. We truly enjoyed the space and wished we could have stayed longer. The host's quick response and check-in was a plus! We will be back!

Traveling to Hong Kong with my best friend, we chose to stay in Shenzhen because it's close to the border crossing, which is very convenient. I saw online that this hotel had great views, and it's quite new. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free. The air conditioning was quiet and very powerful. The room was also very clean, and the mattress was super comfortable. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to and from Luohu Port for Hong Kong, which is a really nice touch! The weather in Shenzhen was great these two days, with blue skies and white clouds, perfect for photos, haha!
