The stay exceeded expectations! The hotel lobby was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, offering a smile the entire time. Checking in happened to be Chinese Valentine's Day, and they even gave us roses, which was a pleasant surprise. The room faced the sun and had great views and natural lighting. The game controller was very playable, allowing children to keep their hands free. The free parking and late check-out were especially great. I was rushed this time and didn't try the swimming pool or the gym. I'll definitely try it next time. Five points, highly recommended.

The hotel is a 2-floor section of a much bigger building structure. The room I stayed was clean with light decors and vaulted ceiling making me feel cozy and relaxed. The king-size bed was firm and conformable for my back. The hotel rooms and facilities are not extravagant but practical, making me feel at home. Although the location is not city-center, there is a metro station across the street. The breakfast serves both cold and hot dishes, much more selection than the ones you find in a typical Marriot Residence/Springhill suite. The hotel is tea-house themed, perfect for quiet conversations. The service was great and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, including late check-out. Love to stay there again next time I visit the city.

The most important thing is that the hotel is clean and spacious, and the sleep is comfortable. We arrived very late that day and had planned to go to bed directly, but looking at the clean room, I felt embarrassed to go to bed without taking a shower... I have been to Shijiazhuang several times and stayed in different types of hotels, both more expensive and cheaper than this one, and this one is the most comfortable. The actual room is better looking and brighter than the photo. I will stay here again next time.

It was almost seven when we arrived, and the check-in process was quite fast. There was a movie playing in the evening, and the kids watched it for a while. When we checked out today, we paid three yuan for parking at the exit of the parking lot. We told the security guard that it was for accommodation, but we were told that the original price was sixty, and we still had to pay after the discount.
