I stayed for 1 night. Super impressed by the the staff s at the reception. Very cordial,friendly n helpful. Best part was that most of them speak english. Complimentary Breakfast was also good. The have car parking space and the location is very central. Most of the tourist attractions were at walking distance. Only negative for me was that the room had a damp smell when I entered. Told the same to bell boy. He brought freshner n sprayed the room instantly. Overall a good experience.

I highly recommend this hotel. Reception is staffed by three women and a man who are all very friendly and helpful. When I spilled coffee on pants (only one pair for the 2 day stay) they immediately helped me dry it. The hotel room was also very clean, especially the bathroom which had hot water immediately. They also speak English at the front desk. The breakfast was also delicious and different each day. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel that was clean and helpful and I found it here.

Great hotel for very good price. Clean, good service, nice looking and very polite and kind stuff service. We stayed at Sasan Hotel for three nights and we enjoyed it very much. Hardly can say it's hotel, service and hospitality is not something you're looking for. It's just a very basic place to stay the night. The only good thing about it is the good location in city center, nothing else. Recommend to go there if you don't have other choices.

We had a very comfortable and good stay at Sasan Hotel in Shiraz. We got the room at one o'clock in the afternoon, the hotel parking lot was available and we parked the car in the parking lot, our room was a three-bed room, the hotel was very clean and quiet and well renovated, and most importantly, it had a bathroom. I saw the ad on a site which was quite reasonable, I called they gave a higher price, I asked for discount, the lady said they didn't do discounts, I said fine its okay. On arrival I had to pay thousand Thomas as deposit because a copy of my passport and and official stamp from visa department wasn't sufficient as they had my passport, I said fine. The gentleman of the nightshift Mr Kamran was very friendly and knew Persian hospitality, so I was glad. I stayed there for a total of 6 or 7 nights The lady staf were unfriendly except one who smiled and ordered me a zereshk pillow from a restaurant I ordered a tour from them, that was apparently just a driver in a old car with no air-conditioning and charger for the phone. Oh well he was a nice old man so I went with it. Pity he didn't know much about the historical sites. On arrival they charged me 400 toman extra. That was the drop so I left for another hotel.

Among several hotels, I chose this hotel. Everything was great. If cleanliness is your thing, definitely choose this hotel. They really care about cleanliness. The Breakfast was also okay. There was high-speed Wi-Fi, tea service with cinnamon, biscuits, sugar, candy and chocolate. I am very satisfied with the price I paid. The behavior of the staff are excellent.
