My friends told me that this place is not what it used to be. I didn't like the manager's attitude towards me as a tenant. On the first day, I asked to extend my stay for one night, and he came to me without warning. I was eating at the time. Secondly, there is no soundproofing here. Every conversation you have will be heard from the hallway. Also, if for some reason you need to go to bed late, be prepared to be woken up early. The bedding really leaves something to be desired, but I had my own bedding. The kitchen area had good ventilation. All the dishes are provided. There is a pot, but no stove. My sink drain was clogged with someone else's hair. It had been there for so long that mold had formed on it, but no one was going to clean it up, so I did. I'm not a pig, and I'm not going to live in filth. The bathroom is extremely small. Bathrooms like this need a different kind of renovation, not the one that's currently being done. What upset me the most was the moment of my eviction. I notified the manager of my departure time a day in advance. It was fixed. He asked me twice because I wrote a complicated sentence in English. I should have used simpler English. But the next day, when I was checking out, I asked to be escorted to my car because I had a lot of bags. But the manager said he was not at the hotel and there was no one there at the moment. No one could help me. I am a strong girl. It is not difficult for me to cope with this on my own. The problem was that when the car arrived, the security guard said he would not allow me to load my belongings into the car without confirmation of my eviction. And I wasted my time waiting for clarification of the circumstances. On the positive side, I liked that the pool was always warm and very large. There is also a shopping center nearby.

This hotel was filthy. Had a bed bug infestation. Dirty counter tops and stains on the sheets and pillows. No towels or hangars were provided. The hot water and water pressure both didn’t work. Hotel was not responsive to our needs, and didn’t care about making the problems right. Beware, You’ve been warned

the sister who accompanied us really ATTRACTIVE! she's fluent in english and it feel like BESTIE💅💄💋🫦 the room is so quiet and clean, also they have a washing machine! my friend already has her second stay here after our last time.🤍

The accomodation is full and they allocated me to a unit opposite, which is Prince Mall.. overall it's not worth the money cause the latest unit is smaller than what i booked. But at least i have a place to sleep during that night. I personally do not recommend the host to keep the unit bookable if they've ran out of rooms..

The facility should provide 24/7 reception services for late arrival and check in, Again refund service should be provided for people whose schedules change as planned and needs to change plans.

Nice hotel. They let me check in easily and fastly. Room is nice and have great views. The complex have 3 buildings and I get room at top floor. Elevator can be a bit slaw to go there but the view is perfect.

This place is an absolute nightmare! I contacted the hotel beforehand to confirm if it would be okay to arrive after the check-in time, and they assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. I planned to stay at this hotel for two nights. When I arrived at 6 a.m., I wrote to their support team, only to receive a response saying, “what do you need? write back at 9 a.m.” I had to wait outside the hotel doors until 9 a.m. The security staff had no idea what was going on. The hotel does not issue refunds. Once I finally got into the room, there was no hot water and not even a single roll of toilet paper. I strongly advise against staying here if you want to save your nerves!

Very nice hotel! Very clean room, very nice, friendly, helpful staff! We chose the sea view, nice view! Private parking so very practical because it is very complicated and difficult to park in this area! We are happy with our stay. If we have to come back, this is the hotel we will choose!
