"The hotel has a beautiful location, and the staff are helpful and polite. However, I think we happened to be there during a renovation period :) It seems the hotel urgently needs renovation. Because the number of guests is low, I think there's a heating problem in the common areas, including the rooms. I hope it will receive the recognition it deserves with a good renovation soon. It's in the center of Şile, overlooking the Ercan stream on one side. I think the pool would be enjoyable in the summer. But don't forget to ask if renovations have been completed before you go. Thank you for everything."

"Hello, I went with my family on 19.07, 4 people, we were not satisfied with the rooms we booked in 2 rooms. The toilet and shower were very small, the toilet doors were swollen and in bad condition, there was no air conditioning, there was a fan, there were only curtains on the windows, no tulle, it was a very mediocre hotel that was not worth the price, I do not recommend it to anyone."

"Firstly, there's no air conditioning in the rooms, which is a natural drawback; it gets extremely hot, and you could sit there sweating profusely. The staff are helpful, but the breakfast is terrible, not just awful, it's practically unbelievable. The location and view are very good. However, it's not worth the price; it's exorbitant under these circumstances."

"Agva is a very small village just outside Istanbul, which is on the Black Sea but has a lovely scenic river running through it. The location is amazing as it sits just on the river. Having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the water's edge is a must. The manager, who seemed very multi-tasked, was extremely helpful, taking us on a boat ride (free), and ensuring we had all we needed during our one day stay. In the evening, we had a live singer and we stayed around the fire, which was really enjoyable. Agva is a very small place and could be extremely quiet. Otherwise, a really lovely place."

"We came for 3 days in September. The room was very clean, the staff were very attentive and polite, the breakfast was delicious, and it was very enjoyable to use both the pool and the sea. Cooling off in the sea in the morning and sitting on the chairs in front of our room in the evening was wonderful. They also took great care of our dog. Everything was great, I don't understand what those who left negative reviews were expecting. We will definitely come again!!"
