The details of this hotel are worth looking at again and again. Different from the standardized facilities of many luxury hotels, this is a warm "apartment". Yes, I prefer to call it an apartment because it feels like home. The building's exterior cleverly uses the slope to create a visual effect of "alternation between the old and the new". It is actually a completely independent new and old building. There is a feeling of a different world at the junction. The area of the suite is not large. Guests who pursue luxury may be disappointed. But after using it, it is well considered and thoughtful. It is just right. If you stay in the old part of the house, you can see the original old floor tiles. They have traces of use but are as new as ever. Facilities: 4.5 There are not enough sockets, but the rest are very good. Service: 5 People who are interested in history can ask the front desk, and the reception staff are very enthusiastic. Very nice comfortable hotel. We had a suite which was a bonus. Very clean room. Great location. There was a restaurant which offered breakfast but we didn't use it because I thought it was pricey. It did look good. Air conditioning was great. It was nice to come back to a comfortable room to rest after a day of walking around.

A nice boutique hotel that is conveniently located in the heart of the city and all action. Very well connected by all modes of transport with cabs, the MRT and Bus stop all withing 2 minutes of walk. Clean, well designed room that are really homey and warm. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant named Kee's. I can recommend this hotel and I would not hesitate to return.

Very junk service. Check-in Nobody helped with luggage. The staff just watched. The bath is cold and hot. It costs 570 New York dollars a night. 3200 yuan. That's such a garbage mistake. Calling the reception desk after check-in didn't get answered. Need a towel and I needed to call several times. Checkout was also a hotel where nobody helped with luggage. Too junk.

A very charming and wonderful place to stay. The management need to pay more attention to keeping such new place cleaner like the AC vents in the room and lobby rug. Beyond that, the hotel is pure designer class from chairs to coffee mugs. Even their restaurant feels very classy and great breakfast and food. Highlight has to be the service and the mind-blowing pool and the night time views from the pool. We showed up at hotel around 7:30 am and we're offered early check in for free.

Amazing boutique hotel. For those looking for an upscale modern boutique hotel, 21 carpenter is the place! The rooms are really homey and warm, and the hotel has different spaces 'social spaces' for those seeking locations to sit and enjoy a social setting or have a laptop and work! I really enjoyed the service as well and the food was delicious at Kee's.

Very enjoyable stay. Had a great time. Very convenient to transport and walking. Clean, well designed room. Didn't think the pool would be as nice as it was, but it was fun and a great way to cool off. It is a smaller property so there were times no one was at front desk, but never had to wait more than a few minutes. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
