Hotel was kind to offer a one category room upgrade and welcome amenitity as i am a GHA member. The heritage room has a weird configuration in which the working desk and mini bar were 'outside' though. It didnt impact us till we ordered in room dining and realised the inconvenience.
Nevertheless everything else was great. The bed was excellent as usual. Smart tv with chromecast so we can netflix all day. Big bathroom with bathtub. Warm toilet seat which funnily enough, was only activated at night. Amazing breakfast.

It was my wedding anniversary and i think the team provided a last minute effort in decorating the room and also gave us an anniversary cake. The room facilities were perfect, and so was the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!!

Booked a room for birthday celebration and finally got to experience the renowned service by the ladies in red! The attention to details was phenomenal.
Room was decently sized and clean. However, we encountered some issues in the room. All of the phones were not working and the main door handle broke. Thankfully, these issues were promptly looked into by the maintenance team and it was resolved within 2hrs. TV has a good number of cable channels and some Chromecast or screen mirroring features, but not all of them are functioning properly.
Overall, we had a good rest and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return again. Kudos to the crew!

Had some hiccups with the bed (wanted twin but given a combined king bed). Bed got split with no issues but would be great if the phone in the room worked. Other than that great stay!

Great hotel with great staff. The lobby is small but the check in process was fast and smooth. The room is pretty spacious. The amenities can be improved especially the kids set. The breakfast variety is good but quality wise i like JW. Marriott better. However room quality and cleanliness are much better.

We stayed for only one night at the hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and professional, especially the concierge team, who were outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. While the room itself was well-maintained, the layout was uncomfortable and very dark, as it didn’t receive any natural light. The windows faced the interior of a shopping mall, making it quite noisy until 11:40 PM. Additionally, the Wi-Fi stopped working at midnight and was not fixed by the time we checked out at 10 AM. The room also felt very cramped, leaving little space to move around, and seemed better suited for one person rather than two.
Lastly, the gym was very small and lacked adequate space and equipment for a proper workout.
While we appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness, the excellent staff, and the fantastic breakfast, addressing these issues would significantly enhance the guest experience.
