Not first time stay here. Very efficient service. Check in and out took less than 5 mins. Staff understand hence Didnt have to pay refundable deposit. Very understanding. Will definitely come back here again.

Fantastic location and spacious room. Decor feels a bit old but still good. Complimentary snacks and drinks offered per stay. Swimming pool and spa under renovation, or else stay will be more enjoyable.

The check in staff is very helpful. I told her that its my wife and I anniversary and she provided us with discounted upgrade. Although many of the facilities is on renovation during my stay in Grand Hyatt, i dont really use them so i am not affected. The amenities in the rooms was somehow lacking. We could not find the in room slippers so we requested for 1.

Check in was easy and their customer service was good. We were suprised when we got a free upgrade for our room. Our room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is well located within orchard road. Shopping and getting food is very convenient. The housekeeping service was prompt and good. Overall we had a very pleasant experience in our 3D2N stay there.

Free upgrade to deluxe king. Room is very big. Cleanliness also good.

Check-in was fuss-free, waited for 2 hours for my 2 rooms to be ready which was understandable with December being a peak period. Rooms were spacious with a lot of amenities. Stayed for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay.

Check in 1st day found blood stain on Bathing Rob. Bath tub is dirty & dusty. Did not top up coffee n we still have to call n ask for it. Due to Covid period the hotel shall be much cleaner than usual.

Always a great stay at hyatt but recently there is a construction going on at the pool so if anyone wanna stay please double check the pool if its available.. other then that it was superb..

Been stay here on May 25-27, 2022. Book for Two Bedrooms Grand Deluxe, a great choice for me who travel with my husband, mom and mom in law. Super spacious 2 bedrooms with living room and working desk and small 'pantry' area. 1 bathroom inside master bedroom. And 1 closet with washtafel provided near tha living room.. Superb location. MRT is only walking distance ( 3 minutes walk ). Homey home !

Room 1003 - King Room Hotel & Rooms looks old but was well maintained. Room was spacious with a separate sofa. We need to wait for some time for A/C to get really cold. Wifi was stable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties but only 2 slots - 730am & 915am. Location was too good - Needless to say. Checking in was quick though I saw a queue forming up after I was done. Sleep was actually good but was awaken due to some loud noise from outside the window around 6am - I guess it's the next building starting up their machinery.

All good except the bathroom sink is clogged and items such as hair dryer and kettle is dusty. Room service should check properly before letting guest into the room.

It was a memorable weekend staycation celebrating my son's birthday as well as mother's day. The room was spacious and the room service team were efficient. Will definitely be back.
