I saw some reviews saying the hotel facilities are dated, but I think it’s totally fine. The design is elegant and timeless, with key facilities quite new and clean. The staff is very friendly and the food is very decent. The whole hotel has a very relax and warm vibe. Only down side is the queue for check in and checkout is a bit long, but it was during Easter weekend so it’s understandable. Love it and will come back again for this lovely place

I arrived at the hotel lobby at 3:30 PM and was told to wait another 30 minutes. So we went to Le Bar to have a drink. However, even by 4 PM, there were no updates or communication from the staff. I went back to the reception counter to queue again, and to my shock, the reception staff told me I was putting pressure on him and asked me Loudly to sit down and continue waiting.
Hello? I'm here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday…
And I wasn’t the only one. Other guests, including families with children, were also waiting for nearly an hour. The check-in process was extremely slow. In the end, they changed my room to one with two single beds because the king-size room I had booked was not ready.
To make things worse, my room key card didn’t work for the entire stay. I had to return to the reception multiple times to get a new one.
I honestly expected better from a 5-star hotel—but this experience felt more like a 3 or 4-star stay.

Amazing Stay at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa!
I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa. The hotel has a great ambience, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. The staff were superb, especially the staff PRINCESS (LOBBY HOTEL)—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, even surprising me with a complimentary cake for my birthday! She also provided a detailed briefing about the hotel, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful setting!

As usual, this was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, with generous grounds for one to walk about and take in nature.
Unfortunately, my TV was broken and the hotel could not find a solution. The door also had a latch problem. Maybe the facilities are due for a refurbishment.
That said, staff were all friendly and made me feel at home. The breakfast spread was very impressive covering many cuisines.

Room was quite luxurious. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak though. Nice peaceful surroundings and good breakfast. Good for a quick relaxing getaway.

Went for a short staycation to celebrate Valentine's Day because of its luxurious ambiance, serene surroundings, and impeccable service. The resort's blend of French elegance and tropical charm creates a perfect romantic getaway. We really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, relaxing spa treatments, and exquisite dining experiences, making each stay a memorable celebration of 25 years of love and drama.
The sumptuous breakfast and variety are sufficient for us to skip lunch.
Sofitel Sentosa has captured our hearts and we will be back.
