V Hotel Lavender

I kinda feeling disappointed with my experience with the hotel. First time booking this hotel and first time also through via trip.com. I was allocated with a room that is the closest to the lift and it was so noisy when people walk past every now and then. The room bathroom had foul smell, the fridge was full of durian smell when i opened them to put my drinks. Though there was a window for my room, but there was no view, the view was the wall of the hotel building. If I could remembered , the price that i paid for the room was not at its cheapest rate but it seem that I was being allocated with the worst room type. I could not comment at the staff service as I was at minimal interaction with them except when checking in and checking out. The Staff who helped me with the check in and check out is ok, but not a 4 star hotel service level as it should be. So I do not understand why this hotel has such high rating except for its good location where it is just outside the mrt station exit, centralised location and near to many shops and eating places. Last time I would book this hotel and maybe last time i will book through trip.com as well. This is because the room that I have booked using agoda and *********** is so much better.

Great for traveling as family. We booked the triple room and the room was quite book comparing to other hotel in singapore. The mrt station is super near and there are plenty of food stalls downstairs. The staff was very helpful and I’m really satisfied for this stay. See the picture for the view of our room.

Clean and quiet room with sufficient amenities provided for a good and basic stay. Location is great as it is right beside an MRT station and various food options nearby. Had a good time exploring areas around Singapore with friends.

Front office was helpful Location is great Room is comfortable Just that i checked in on my birthday. Would have been great if hotel does some simple welcome experience for me, esp being first timer.

The location is superb! Stayed 1 night for a concert at star theatre, really convenient to travel from airport to hotel n star theatre via mrt. Once u get out from mrt station exit b, u will see these shops as shown in pic 2, the hotel is just at the end right hand side. Room is not big but clean. Not very soundproof but it didn't affect my sleep.

The hotel is strategically located near the MRT and an almost 24-hour food center, making it easy to find delicious local dishes at any time. With plenty of restaurants nearby, it’s a great spot for food lovers. Despite being in a bustling neighborhood, our stay on the 9th floor was peaceful, with no noise from outside activities. The room itself is very compact, with limited space to move around, but if you're looking for convenience and accessibility, this hotel is a solid choice.
