friendly and helpful receptionist. A bit noisy, able to hear windy inside the hotel room durning the whole night..Besides this, room is clean and comfortable. Good location.

I forgot a Canada Goose jacket which hang up in the closet. Checked with the reception 3 times without any respond. Bad exprience.

Travelled to Ballarat for a basketball tournament. Perfect location, a convenient 8 minutes from everything. Comfortable rooms. Would recommend.

This place is 5/5. Fantastic location, super clean, great staff, big open room, lots of natural light and comfy bed. My only negative comment is the AC control panel light is SOOOOO bright, it lights up the entire room at night!

Great accommodation, I felt very safe as you needed security cars to enter motel, lift etc. Room was very clean, had everthing we needed, fantastic shaower. If required will stay there again.

One bedroom apartment is spaciou, comfy, cozy and cleanness. Washing and drying machines are provided inside the apartment. There are a lot of free of charge parking spaces nearby the hotel. Receptionists are very polite and helpful.
