The property is within close proximity (short car ride) to the Gros Piton Hike, Sugar Beach, and the sulphur springs. We were within walking distance of Soufrière and the botanical gardens. The property was impeccably clean, and it was a really comfortable stay! ☺️"

"We have indulged luxury resorts around the world, and this is our new favorite. The rooms, which they call sanctuaries, are exactly that...a sanctuary. The absence of a fourth wall, replaced by an infinity pool that opens to a spectacular view of the Pitons (Mountains) is breath taking. It's like living in an art installation. The service is world class, with many staff members greeting us by name during our five days there. The food is exquisite, and the countless little surprises and amenities will have you writing home about them. Simply outstanding experience!! Although not great for mobility challenged guests, it is highly recommended for the adventurer seeking luxury. Teddy, our butler gets a special nod, too."

Housekeeping didn't work at first but after having contacted the owner it waa fixed immediately. I sincerely recommend this place if you plan to stay in Soufriere."

"Absolutely amazing experience! We stayed in the Galaxy sanctuary which had stunning views of the Pitons along with partial views of Soufriere Bay and Anse Chastanet. The service was excellent and the butlers were responsive with all of needs. The room was spacious and well appointed. There were mosquito nets around the bed to ensure our comfort and there were multiple fans available though we didn't need them during our stay. A truly luxurious hotel experience!"

"My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks, it was recommended to me by a friend who told me, if I wanted to experience a part of St. Lucia that was very authentic, this would be a great place to stay due to its location. (So glad I listened, we had the most amazing time!) Upon arrival, the owner was very welcoming an accommodating, the apartment was ready and waiting for us when we arrived which was conviently located just out of the small town. It was very clean, tidy and had all the comforts you’d want/need in an apartment.. A/C, Wi-Fi, Shower, TV(with Netflix, YouTube), cooking facilities, air fryer There is also a big garden that guests can use to the rear of the property where you can chill out, have a bbq or just see if you can see all the different types of fruits growing on the trees and the pineapple patch in the garden. We had all facilities explained to us, was told of places to go for food/drinks, supermarkets, excursions, things to do and see, car rental, etc. Any issues were promptly dealt with by the owner. The Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens & Mineral Baths are situated adjacent to the apartment. It’s a 10 minute stroll to the nearest beach (Soufriere Beach).. The Piton Mountains, Sulphur Springs is a 10 minute drive away. So if you want to experience the culture, the nature and tranquillity of St. Lucia, these apartments are comfortable, clean, value for money and ideally located! The views from the apartment of the surrounding hills are amazing!"

"I kicked this hotel for the location alone. There are many nehative reviews but I took the chance. The hotel is aged but it was spotless when I was there. The big 'hiccup' was that they advertise 18 rooms spread over 4 floors. The truth is all the rooms are on the 4th floor and there is NO ELEVATOR. If you have mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you! Other than that, everything worked, staff were amazingly friendly (and helpful) and I would not hesitate to return. After hours, there is security for the hotel and room access is restricted to main stairs only"

"An absolutely wonderful place and experience and I would encourage anyone to disregard any reviews under 5*. We were in calabash, the room was enormous, with a pool one end and balcony overlooking the pitons. We stayed for four nights and loved every moment. The restaurant was pricy but a very special experience with amazing food. Breakfast is delivered to your room. We met the owner who was kind and accommodating. Overall a 5* experience. We did collect some mosquito bites so my only suggestion would be a net around the bed which would help!"
