"The room was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The doorman and butler service were excellent, very warm and attentive. The butler helped with our luggage to the room and explained how everything worked. My child really enjoyed the breakfast set, and the other options were good too. While the variety wasn't huge, the taste was delicious. Afternoon tea was also nice, and the late-night wontons were tasty. We even received a farewell gift when we left. I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I booked this place. My child loved it, and I'm very satisfied! Thumbs up! 👍"

"I chose the Grand Mansion 1903 for my trip to Harbin this time, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is right next to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. St. Sophia Cathedral is also within walking distance. The location truly is a major advantage.
The building itself is a century-old Western-style mansion. The crystal chandeliers in the lobby, the carved staircase, and the oil paintings on the walls create a wonderful atmosphere. The most unique feature is the century-old elevator that's still in use; riding it gives you a real sense of history, an experience you won't find in other hotels.
The room was meticulously clean. While it looked vintage, it was equipped with modern amenities like a smart toilet, humidifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding was comfortable, and I had a great rest after a long day of exploring.
The service left a deep impression. I was offered a hot drink upon check-in, my luggage was delivered to my room, and I received a welcome fruit platter. They even gave me a small souvenir upon check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. You can also try on Russian-style costumes for free and take great photos right inside the hotel, no need to specially look for scenic spots outside.
The breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties and Russian dishes. If you're looking for a unique experience in Harbin, this place is highly recommended. It's not just a trendy photo op; it's genuinely comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

TTangdouOn a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping.
The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around.
This is a genuine review from a consumer who rarely leaves feedback unless they are exceptionally satisfied.

Wwujin7733Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip.
The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough.
Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel?
Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

GGuest UserI had a unique memory of the 'Ice City' in early September while staying at Oulugoya. The hotel is located on the north bank of the Songhua River, offering a rare sense of tranquility and leisure, away from the hustle and bustle of Central Avenue in Daoli District. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet stay. The 42nd-floor lobby bar and executive lounge offer a 270-degree panoramic view of the river and city, which was a major reason for choosing this hotel. It allowed me to avoid crowds and enjoy the northern sunset in solitude – every photo I took was incredibly therapeutic. The only minor drawbacks were the limited surrounding amenities, with most good restaurants being a 3-5 minute drive away. Also, every time I needed to go up or down, I had to go to the 42nd-floor lobby, and the card sensor for the elevator didn't always work perfectly. However, there was a girl named Shuqi outside the lounge who patiently explained things to guests with great attention to detail. During our conversation, she also introduced me to the hotel's brand philosophy and essence, which indeed aligns perfectly with my travel and vacation needs. Thanks for this time spent with Oulugoya. We'll meet again, just like mountains and rivers do. ^_^

LLianchengxuanniniThe location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Street. There's a supermarket right next door downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. The hotel lobby is very clean, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. They even upgraded my room, which was clean, spacious, very hygienic, and comfortable. The soundproofing was quite good, the vanity was spotless, and the shower had a great wet/dry separation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

There was a cute little notice about tiny ladybugs in the room, which was a novel experience for city kids who rarely see them 🐞. The hotel has a hot spring on the first floor, which was incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were all very friendly; Ms. Wang from the rose pool even brought us water. This hotel is really great for families!

Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!
