"Good value for money, especially in the winter high season. Good location, 10mins walkable distance to the Chinese Baroque Area and 20mins walkable distance to St. Sophia Church. I think I got the smallest room possible, so try to avoid rooms ending with -01 and -02. Clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Paid a bit more for the buffet breakfast. Nothing special but the fried rice was delicious and I ate a lot to tide through the day."

"Stayed here again, and my impression is consistently great. The environment is just as warm and inviting as ever, offering a stark contrast to the sub-zero temperatures outside. The service remains incredibly friendly, with staff always greeting you warmly. Although the late-night diner offers a simple menu, it provides a lovely touch of warmth. For a hotel of this size, the breakfast selection is quite varied and satisfying."

MM532027****The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

MMantuolinlinA perfect stay! I spent two nights from Jan 2nd to 3rd and was thoroughly impressed with Ocean Ritz! The European-style decor is exquisite and grand, boasting both beauty and quality – every photo taken here looks fantastic. The service was truly a highlight; the staff were warm, polite, efficient, and attentive, always going above and beyond to help, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The room was clean and spacious, with great floor heating that made for a comfortable sleep. The entire experience was smooth with no complaints, and both the service and decor exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

__WeChat307328****Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services.
Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis.
Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom.
Environment: Acceptable.
Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

From the moment I checked in, she meticulously explained the hotel's Ewenki cultural features and room benefits, and then kindly arranged a comfortable room for me. She even proactively reminded me of the best times for reindeer interaction and enjoying the panoramic views. Her patience and professionalism were evident throughout. Any request I had was promptly addressed; deliveries and inquiries were handled with such care and thoughtfulness, making my trip truly heartwarming. The hotel's forest-inspired ambiance perfectly complements its attentive service, and Jennie's professional touch made the experience even better. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose Olguya again, and I look forward to experiencing that same warm service!

You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. They offer hotpot and BBQ, and the front desk is very responsive. They also arranged a day trip to Xuexiang for us.

GGuest UserAfter getting off the high-speed train at Yabuli West Station, transportation options are very flexible – the public bus is a budget-friendly 5 RMB per person, or a taxi for a fixed 50 RMB is hassle-free, making it easy to reach the hotel.
My first impression upon arrival was excellent: the front desk staff were polite, the hotel lobby was grand, and the guest rooms were spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff would greet us with a 'good morning' and even brought a small fruit platter, showing thoughtful attention to detail.
The dining experience was a constant surprise! Breakfast and lunch are both 68 RMB per person, usually included with most rooms, and you just pay extra for additional guests. The food selection was very rich; there were 10 hot dishes alone, seven or eight cold dishes, plus salads and soup, offering great value for money. I particularly want to praise the dishes: the sauce for the 'Da Lu Mian' (noodles with thick sauce) was incredibly fragrant, and the wild vegetables were very distinctive – the chef's skills are top-notch. What moved us most was our last meal; we wanted to try a 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) with a freshly slaughtered live chicken, and the hotel thoughtfully accommodated us. They can arrange whatever you want to eat, which is amazing!
The service in the bathing and hot spring areas, to say it's 'meticulous' is no exaggeration! You just use your room card to exchange hand towels based on the number of people to enter. The staff in the bathing area were exceptionally proactive: they would patrol back and forth, and if they saw an empty hook near a locker, they would proactively bring a towel to hang there (there were also thoughtful hooks installed on the wall). When we were changing, if they saw us with phones or personal items, they would immediately ask if we needed help with a bag for our phone, a towel, or clean clothes. Every time we entered or exited the bathing area, they would proactively offer a towel, and communication was always very timely.
The service in the hot spring area was even better! As soon as I got out of the hot spring pool, seeing my towel was wet, a staff member immediately handed me a dry one; tea was refilled instantly when it ran out. When we went to the wave pool area, they would prepare towels in advance and remind us to quickly wrap up as it would be cold after getting out of the water.
Not only that, but the service in the sweat steam area was equally heartwarming! Whenever we passed by the sweat steam area, staff would proactively come forward to ask if we needed anything, such as 'Is there anything I can help you with?' or 'Would you like to find a place to rest?' They actively paid attention to guests' movements throughout, never making anyone feel neglected. The level of detail was consistent with other areas.
We were incredibly well-looked after throughout our stay, whether in the bathing, hot spring, or sweat steam areas. The warmth was in every detail, and the experience was truly exceptional!
Wang Min from the hot spring area, Jiang Guiling from housekeeping, Wang Guixiang from the bathing area, Wang Junfang from the dining area, Ms. Wang from the wave pool area, and the lovely young ladies at the front desk are all part of our unforgettable memories.

The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.

SSmadThe flight was delayed and we had to arrive at Taiping Airport in the middle of the night, so we booked a hotel nearby. I saw that this hotel had a shuttle service, so I called to make an appointment.
Then I booked this room. The service was really good and the driver was very polite when he took me to the hotel.
It is divided into a main building and an annex building. The annex building is cheap and has relatively average facilities.
Breakfast was eaten in the main building, which was okay. There is a bus stop 383 opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient to the city.
If only to sleep in the middle of the night. Especially if you arrive in Harbin late.
