"The room facilities are top-notch and impeccably clean, which put me at ease. The front desk staff were professional, escorting guests to their rooms and meticulously demonstrating how to use various amenities – truly thoughtful and attentive. Service was prompt whenever called upon, and the parking attendant outside proactively helped with luggage, all with a friendly demeanor. The hotel's afternoon tea was exquisite, and the ambiance was cozy (as pictured). The location is superb, making it very convenient to get around by taxi, subway, or even walk to Central Street. Overall, the hotel genuinely felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely be back."

It's within walking distance of Central Street, the Hongzhuan Street morning market, Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Songhua River, and the Binzhou Railway Bridge. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. I also had the unique experience of riding their century-old antique elevator, which operated smoothly.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time staying at a hotel in Harbin, and I must say the facilities and service were top-notch. The bed, as always, was incredibly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. The rooftop bar at night had a great ambiance, offering fantastic views of Harbin's night cityscape and the river. The breakfast was a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, often striking up conversations with me. My holiday experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future.
The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!

PPingguodashu1234The hotel was spotless and exceptionally clean. Choosing the Sofitel for my trip to Harbin was an absolute delight. Its location is excellent, right near Xiangjiang Park and Wanda Plaza. It's also close to the subway, making it super convenient and stress-free to get to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. The lobby's French decor is grand and exquisite, with crystal chandeliers adding a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are clean and spacious, with ample heating. Paired with their signature bedding, the sleep comfort was top-notch. Amenities were fully stocked, and they thoughtfully provided a humidifier, which is perfect for Harbin's dry climate. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including authentic Harbin red sausage and Russian dishes, alongside Western pastries and freshly ground coffee. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage and planning my itinerary. With a heated pool and gym, my entire stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's definitely my top choice for future travels!

I hope more people get to experience the charm of Northeast China. It would be great if they could offer more discounts for families with children on breakfast, as kids really don't eat much.

GGuest UserI was truly impressed! I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient. The breakfast was delicious and the place was very clean. No strange smells from the bed or bathroom. Plus, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with the toilet and shower in separate cubicles, which was really convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin. It's also super close to Central Street!

XXuxianshengshifeifeiThe environment of this hotel is really great! The location is super good, there is a subway station right outside, and there are restaurants, supermarkets and so on nearby. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and helped us plan the route, making us feel particularly warm and comfortable😊. The room is spacious and bright, and the scenery on the balcony is even more beautiful! I strongly recommend booking~

The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.

BBeihaidao！n nI have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hot spring hotel! I had a super tight schedule with my return high-speed train, and couldn't find a taxi outside. After talking to the front desk, they immediately arranged a car for me, and I made it to the high-speed train station just in time. The hot spring water quality is great, the rooms are clean, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. That final ride to the station really sealed the deal and made my impression of the hotel sky-high. Highly recommend to anyone who needs it!
