"The hotel is a beautiful old Russian-style building with an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 3-minute walk to Central Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. What truly stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. First, the front desk gave me a complimentary room upgrade. Then, throughout my stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day, and they offered personalized service based on my habits – for instance, noticing I drink a lot of water, they would leave extra bottles. Even my charging cables left in the room were neatly organized. On one of the days during my stay, it happened to be my birthday. While I was out, I received a call from the hotel, and they offered to order a cake for me! This truly is customer service taken to the extreme! I repeatedly declined, but in the end, the hotel ordered the smallest one as per my request, which was incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay here was wonderful, and I want to thank the hotel and all the staff."

"This hotel is perfectly located, just a 1-minute walk from Central Avenue and a 7-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The neighborhood is packed with great food options. The Red Brick Street morning market is a 5-minute walk away and stays open until 11 AM on weekends (9 AM on weekdays). The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a magnificent, opulent décor befitting its century-old history. The soundproofing is also quite good. The garden-view bed was quiet and very comfortable. The main draw is its incredible convenience to Central Avenue, being right in the city center, and close to subway access. We tried several local restaurants nearby, including Shanhetun Iron Pot Stew, Laochujia Northeastern Cuisine, Tongheju Northeastern Cuisine, and Xiongdi BBQ… This is definitely a place I'd visit again. Traveling with seniors, it was so convenient to pop back to the hotel for a rest between sightseeing. The location is superb. The front desk staff even brought us afternoon tea, which was a very nice touch. Make sure to try Qiulin brand kvass, as the Xuexiong brand is a bit too sweet. And the Madieer popsicles come in a wide variety of flavors… If you're coming to Harbin, choose 1903…"

The rooftop bar at night had a great ambiance, offering fantastic views of Harbin's night cityscape and the river. The breakfast was a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, often striking up conversations with me. My holiday experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The room layout is well-planned, offering excellent natural light and views, and it's spotlessly clean. The service is consistently on point, with staff who are gentle and courteous, and housekeeping is incredibly thorough. Breakfast features fresh ingredients and a wide variety of dishes, with freshly prepared items tasting absolutely superb. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and relaxation areas, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. Plus, the self-service complimentary laundry room is a lifesaver for business travelers and tourists alike. It offers fantastic value for money and is definitely worth returning to again and again!

The breakfast was excellent, offering Evenki milk tea and freshly made dumplings, a better experience than what I had at the Ritz-Carlton Fuli. The hotel lobby is on the 42nd floor, so you have to transfer elevators at the 42nd floor to get to and from the rooms. The hotel is located in a commercial area, which makes dining and getting around a bit inconvenient. It's fine if you're on a business trip and don't plan on going out much. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Plus, hot spring tickets and a breakfast buffet were included. It was such a great deal! My kids even said they want to stay here again next time.

The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and helped us plan the route, making us feel particularly warm and comfortable😊. BBeihaidao！n nI have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hot spring hotel! I had a super tight schedule with my return high-speed train, and couldn't find a taxi outside. After talking to the front desk, they immediately arranged a car for me, and I made it to the high-speed train station just in time. The hot spring water quality is great, the rooms are clean, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. That final ride to the station really sealed the deal and made my impression of the hotel sky-high. Highly recommend to anyone who needs it!

The children's bed sheets were torn. Blood stains were visible on the quilt. The wallpaper was moldy. Many of the water park facilities were rusty. It looked filthy. The experience was terrible. The elevator didn't go directly to where you were going, leaving you feeling lost. The payment cards weren't universal. Some places required you to scan a WeChat QR code to pay, while others required you to swipe your card. The cleanliness of the Shuihui area was terrible. There was no cleaning. People were taking seats. The staff didn't care. They looked fancy, but they had absolutely no attention to detail. I would definitely not recommend this place to a friend, and I won't be back. For the price, the service was lacking, and the quality was lacking.

My room window faced a small hill, and when I pulled back the curtains in the morning, I literally gasped – the pine trees were adorned with glistening rime ice, and the snow on the ground was deep enough to cover my ankles. A faint, refreshing scent of pine needles filled the air; taking a deep breath made me feel completely refreshed and invigorated.
