"The location of the hotel is indeed incomparable with those by the sea, but I like this hotel very much. It is not too far to walk to the old city. The overall decoration is very comfortable. There are many choices for breakfast. What surprised me the most was their service. Every staff member was very caring and made me feel the surprise care. I highly recommend this hotel."

Best choice at this price and very close to the airport.
Highly recommended"
A beautifully situated hotel overlooking the Promenade d'Anglais; the famous market is just a 3-minute walk away – the location and view are unbeatable. The rooms are comfortable and stylishly furnished. The restaurant and bar, where breakfast is served, don't have a sea view, but instead, there is a charming little garden on a terrace by the pool. That's the only downside – if you want to use the pool, you have to go through the restaurant, and there are no changing rooms by the pool. That's not very convenient. Otherwise, everything was more like a 5-star hotel – we would gladly come back.
Firstly, I'm rating all my recent hotels together, so I've completely lost faith in Ctrip's hotel rankings. I'll mention other hotels later, but this one truly deserves its title as the number one in Nice. After rejecting numerous beachfront hotels, I booked a room with a large arched terrace. Beautiful sunset, a bottle of Grand Cru white wine, a comfortable balcony sofa, chatting with my daughter – it was unbeatable! However, in these room photos, there are actually three suites with sizes around 55-75 sq m or even larger. I think this one is definitely the best, but on the day of check-in, we were given a terrace room with a significantly different view and no sunset. The room itself wasn't particularly special either. Even though it was the off-season, the hotel gave us our dream room at 5 pm on the first day. So, you need to confirm before and after booking. Staying here was perfect for Nice. Picture one is the balcony from the first day; it might be comfortable in summer with the grapevines providing shade, but it's not very useful. Picture two is the one I highly recommend; the balcony is connected to the room. Furthermore, as a hotel enthusiast who appreciates various unique and luxurious hotels, most of the hotel staff were incredibly attentive.
