TTamar@I had a wonderful night's stay at Mama Shelter Nice! The room was comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. The service and ambiance were top-notch, complemented by a super fun restaurant/bar. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the rooftop pool due to the weather, but I heard it's fantastic! For those arriving by train, the nearest station, Nice Riquier, is a bit shady and not the the safest. However, this shouldn't be a concern for guests arriving by taxi or other means. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to staying at more of their hotels around the world!

JJOSEPHINE WELLThe hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need. Thx Emily~

GGuest UserThe hotel is within walking distance to Nice Ville train station and Old Nice. However, the room was extremely small—we couldn’t even open our medium and large luggage. The soundproofing was terrible; during our stay, we could clearly hear doors opening and closing next to our room, as well as conversations. On the positive side, the staffs were friendly and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

JJonathan Tai HinHotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood. You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins. The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly. Overall a great for value hotel.

GGuest UserVery friendly hotel, the bathroom even has a heated towel rack, the clothes are washed for seconds, the mother three, when checking in, I was carefully asked about the number of occupants, considering the child booked a two-person room, I want to get through the customs, nervous, or honestly said a big 2 small, also explained, Two children can be arranged in a small bed, but the front desk is very friendly and said that our purpose is to make you feel comfortable (comfort) impressed, help you add a bed, the focus is no price increase, really fragrant, one person 0.9 This night sleeps super nice, check in in the afternoon and eat small, really good, The temporary luggage hotel is also generous, gave us a storage room separately before check-in and even after check-out storage is ok, praise 👍 The hotel walked straight to the beach for five or six minutes, very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient
