Guest UserOur first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

ろくむくI only stayed for the last night. I felt like the hotel itself had so many facilities that you could spend a lot of time there. I think I could have really enjoyed it with two nights. The pool, in particular, was great with a lazy river and slides. They even lent out large towels, and you can access the beach directly from the pool area, making it perfect for water activities. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and satisfying. All the hotel staff were kind and provided excellent service. Terminal 21 Pattaya, where the night market is held, is about a 15-20 minute walk or a short drive away. Right next to the convenience store just outside the hotel, there were a few street food stalls. One of the Thai restaurants there was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. It was one of the best Thai meals I've had, so definitely give it a try if you get the chance.

Anonymous UserI liked the hotel. Check-in was fast; a deposit is required, which was returned without issue after a quick room check upon check-out.
The room was on the 5th floor, south wing, with two beds. It was small, but the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The room was well-cleaned, and water and coffee/tea packets were replenished daily. Large colored towels were also changed daily.
Unfortunately, there were no small towels, only one large towel per person. The drying rack was small and insufficient. There was also a retractable clothesline in the bathroom. We had to carefully hang our beach towels on the curtain rod.
The air conditioning unit was new, worked well, and was almost silent.
The bathroom was a bit cramped. The shower had powerful pressure, but it would spray everywhere unless directed at the wall; otherwise, the light curtain and small threshold wouldn't contain the water.
The room had plenty of storage space and a large table, but only one armchair. If two people wanted to eat at the table, we had to pull a bed closer.
There was a standard electronic safe in the room.
The laminate flooring was worn and buckled at the seams in places. It was dangerous to walk barefoot, so we used slippers from our previous hotel.
There was no smell of smoke, unpleasant odors, or dampness in the room – everything was good in that regard.
Breakfast was included in the room rate. There was a good selection, and it didn't get repetitive over 10 days.
The kitchen operates until evening, so you can order lunch and dinner if you don't feel like going out. They'll pack everything for you to take to your room if you wish. Prices were reasonable, the food was decent, and there was a wide variety.
The large pool downstairs was clean. Towels and ashtrays (if needed) were provided by the pool. There weren't many people sunbathing or swimming, so sun loungers were always available.
The upper pool was small and I liked it less.
The hotel's location is excellent. There are two chain supermarkets, 7-Eleven and a local shop, just a few steps away. Beyond that, there isn't much else nearby – no fruit stalls, eateries, or currency exchange. For those, you'd have to walk about 600 meters or take a songthaew wherever you want to go. This street is one of the main routes. The fare is 15 baht. You can go towards Jomtien or in the opposite direction to Bali Hai Pier for the ferry to Koh Larn, and beyond. There's a large parking lot in the inner courtyard for guests' cars and scooters.
Overall, I liked the hotel. For the price, it's excellent. The reception staff were friendly, and the housekeepers on the floor and breakfast staff were absolutely lovely.

Guest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

The infinity pool is quite close to the sea, making it very relaxing to soak in the water and gaze at the ocean. The dining area also offers sea views and is beautiful for photos, making it a great spot to watch the sunset. There's a convenient shuttle bus to Terminal 21 every half hour, and even walking isn't too far, about 15 minutes. Both the location and environment are highly recommended. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is somewhat limited compared to other hotels of the same caliber, but everything was delicious. The executive lounge accommodating children was a thoughtful service for us.

ไปกันใหญ่Pros:
Quiet location, good service from staff. The swimming pool is clean, and the water doesn't cause itching. It has a private beach from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of Truth.
The balcony is very spacious but there's no fan or tap. In-room snacks are free. The air conditioning is cold. There's Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. You can paddle a boat at the beach.
Cons:
The entrance road is rough and inconvenient. Food options are far away. During holidays, parking is difficult, though there is a shuttle service, which is good. Buildings right by the sea are good for staying. Buildings not by the sea have many issues. On higher floors, the water pressure in the bathroom is low. The swimming pool has no playground equipment, so children don't enjoy it much. The sea water isn't inviting for swimming. Food is a bit expensive. The sound of dragging items can be heard loudly throughout the room.
Overall, it's good value for money. If you come, prepare a cooler and bring your own food, as it's hard to find and you'll have to go out to buy it. Then, upon returning, there's no parking. It's suitable for those who like peace and quiet. Those who prefer convenience and proximity to tourist attractions might find it less ideal.

The location is great, and I really enjoyed the sea view room. I do have a couple of suggestions though: there was a slight odor from the shower drain, so the hotel might want to look into that. Also, the room lighting was a bit dim; it's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer something brighter. The cleanliness was okay, not exceptionally spotless. For those looking to book, especially my fellow ladies, I want to note that the drain smell was a bit of a concern for me, and I'm not sure if it's an issue in all rooms; I stayed in a sea view king room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and vacation is all about having fun! 🥳

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
