Guest UserFirst time staying here. The environment is very comfortable, perfect for a vacation. A slight inconvenience is that the place is quite large, so getting around requires the hotel's golf cart to go from the lobby to the room. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel's swimming pool is also very comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun. Breakfast was excellent! 👍🏻 It's very suitable for families with children. Also, this time we were arranged in a Yellow Sapphire room, which has a jacuzzi. Next time I might try a different room that has direct pool access. 😆

Anonymous UserI liked the hotel. Check-in was fast; a deposit is required, which was returned without issue after a quick room check upon check-out.
The room was on the 5th floor, south wing, with two beds. It was small, but the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The room was well-cleaned, and water and coffee/tea packets were replenished daily. Large colored towels were also changed daily.
Unfortunately, there were no small towels, only one large towel per person. The drying rack was small and insufficient. There was also a retractable clothesline in the bathroom. We had to carefully hang our beach towels on the curtain rod.
The air conditioning unit was new, worked well, and was almost silent.
The bathroom was a bit cramped. The shower had powerful pressure, but it would spray everywhere unless directed at the wall; otherwise, the light curtain and small threshold wouldn't contain the water.
The room had plenty of storage space and a large table, but only one armchair. If two people wanted to eat at the table, we had to pull a bed closer.
There was a standard electronic safe in the room.
The laminate flooring was worn and buckled at the seams in places. It was dangerous to walk barefoot, so we used slippers from our previous hotel.
There was no smell of smoke, unpleasant odors, or dampness in the room – everything was good in that regard.
Breakfast was included in the room rate. There was a good selection, and it didn't get repetitive over 10 days.
The kitchen operates until evening, so you can order lunch and dinner if you don't feel like going out. They'll pack everything for you to take to your room if you wish. Prices were reasonable, the food was decent, and there was a wide variety.
The large pool downstairs was clean. Towels and ashtrays (if needed) were provided by the pool. There weren't many people sunbathing or swimming, so sun loungers were always available.
The upper pool was small and I liked it less.
The hotel's location is excellent. There are two chain supermarkets, 7-Eleven and a local shop, just a few steps away. Beyond that, there isn't much else nearby – no fruit stalls, eateries, or currency exchange. For those, you'd have to walk about 600 meters or take a songthaew wherever you want to go. This street is one of the main routes. The fare is 15 baht. You can go towards Jomtien or in the opposite direction to Bali Hai Pier for the ferry to Koh Larn, and beyond. There's a large parking lot in the inner courtyard for guests' cars and scooters.
Overall, I liked the hotel. For the price, it's excellent. The reception staff were friendly, and the housekeepers on the floor and breakfast staff were absolutely lovely.

Titix7Overall, it's good! Perfect for those on a budget who still want a beautiful, healing place. The Lanna-style decor is lovely, and the swimming pool is huge and great for fun. The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the city center and food hubs.

JanicejnExcellent Stay with a Great Vibe – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful and truly relaxing time at this hotel. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle.
What I loved:
• Amazing Atmosphere & Peace: The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you love sunbathing, I highly recommend the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. It offers a great view, a super refreshing breeze, and a totally serene vibe.
• Outstanding Service: The staff were lovely, always smiling, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Plus, a huge bonus: they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM since my room was already ready!
• Wellness & Facilities: I unfortunately missed trying out their ice bath wellness experience this time, but I am definitely coming back to try it next time!
A few notes:
• The room has a charming, vintage style.
• In terms of cleanliness, I did find a few stray hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for a quick double-check.
Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Chloe Teng MYWe had a wonderful stay at Cape Dara Resort Pattaya. One of the things we loved most was the resort's direct access to the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the sea and relax by the shore.
The complimentary shuttle service to Dolphin Roundabout was also a great convenience, especially for exploring the nearby cafes, restaurants, and shopping areas without needing a taxi.
The pools were fantastic, and both Twinkle and Walala offered beautiful sea views. They were the perfect spots to unwind with a drink while watching the ocean.
A special thank you to The Radius Restaurant for reserving such a wonderful table for us during sunset. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made our dining experience even more memorable.
Our corner room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a stunning panoramic sea view. We were also pleasantly surprised when housekeeping created a lovely pair of elephant towels on our bed—it was such a thoughtful touch that brought a smile to our faces.
Overall, the service was warm and attentive, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return to Cape Dara Resort on our next visit to Pattaya.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby.
Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest.
The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day.
We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us.
Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

Guest UserThe hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information.
I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire.
The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra.
Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
