"In 1983 Spetses was the first ever holiday and Holds great memories for me. I last visited the island in 1987 with my beautiful late wife. After such a long time I wanted to go full circle and visit Spetses just one last time and chose Klimis hotel for me first accommodation for seven days. I chose a sea view room on the first floor with its own small balcony and I was not disappointed. Klimis is a fantastic family run hotel in a fantastic position close to all the restaurants, bars, harbour etc. The view out to sea to the Peloponese mainland was amazing. The room was very modern , well furnished and decorated .The double bed was very comfortable and had sufficient amenities and the room was cleaned well. There was always hot water available and more than adequate air conditioning via a remote control. The breakfast was lovely too"

"Yayaki is a beautiful boutique hotel, 10 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Everyone working there was incredible, with nothing too much trouble. We arranged massages, quad bike hire and a day’s boat trip through them, which made everything simple and time saving. We had an issue on the quad bike day, and the hotel staff were very kind and supportive. For everyday things, the breakfast is genuinely top notch, with daily pastry treats, choices of sweet or savoury with dishes made to order. We had a balcony room which was large and peaceful. The pool was never overly busy and has very comfy beds to lounge on. A fantastic hotel experience!"

"This property for the first second makes you feel that is the best option in Spetses, taking in consideration, value for money, amazing sea view for the top floor, hearing the waves, birds and the crystals water. You don't even make few steps and you have brunch in taratsa, ice cream and many more in Alfie's, balcony,all of them with atmosphere and sea view. All the shops, churches, museum,. The most important thing for us was the people deal with them for the property. Many thanks to Mr Nikos, family members, Katerina and Stavros and the lovely lady cleaning the room every day."

"It seems that we always visit the two Greek islands of Hydra and Spetses (with others added throughout the trip to Greece). Thanks to all, particularly Thanasis, Marianna, Stefania, we again had a terrific stay. The hotel is not far from the port, quite a few restaurants & cafes are close by and the included breakfasts are great. This time we had a room with two balconies which was good - and as always, the rooms are quite soundproof."

"NEUTRAL FACT: Hotel system requires one to go to adjacent travel agent to do check in formalities and get shown to hotel. I have met that before in Greece. People there are very friendly. NEGATIVE: Access is up a frighteningly steep and bordering on dangerous staircase, particularly bringing luggage up or down. I was petrified I might fall. POSITIVE: Excellent restaurant in the building, plus adjacent to Hotel Klimis Coffee Shop CONCLUSION: I survived! I should never go back to that hotel "
