Hotel is located at Nathon Beach which is a bit quet than Chaweang beach. It depends on what you need. It's a but far from convenience store but you can walk.
Pool is a bit small but it's good enough. This hotel is good for couple and family. Staffs are really nice and friendly. Breakfast is good as standard. The mud restaurant is really good not too expensive for Samui (food and drink). Live music is available except Sunday.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and it was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding scenery, which creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise or simply soaking in the natural beauty from the balcony, it’s easy to unwind here. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with well-appointed rooms that make you feel right at home. The cozy bed and tranquil ambiance contributed to a restful stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can truly relax and enjoy your surroundings, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is honestly the best review I have ever written, because this place was truly the top stay of our entire 46-day trip.
The blankets and towels were always spotless, the room was very clean, fresh-smelling, and well taken care of. Every day the staff changed our towels, made the bed, and did some light cleaning: the service was outstanding.
The receptionist was amazing, always friendly and ready to help.
We left a 400-watt deposit, and when it was time to check out, everything was returned smoothly, with no problems at all.
The location is excellent: very close to the beach, near food stalls and evening hangout spots, yet slightly separated from all the noise. This makes it ideal for resting, very calm and quiet.
We also had coffee and some cookies included every morning, a small touch that made our mornings really pleasant.
Everything about our stay was perfect — absolutely recommended!

Depends what you are looking for in a beach resort of this price range.
Pros: clean, air con powerful and cool, strong water pressure and water heats fast. Has an elevator to room for those not staying in chalets.direct access to beach. Pool is small but clean. Large balcony with drying rack I was also very impressed by the water proofing of the shower screen..Absolutely no water leaked out and there is no pooling of water outside the shower area
Cons: dated furniture, faucet is corroded, amenities are very sad, (bring your own or buy from 711), no bedroom slippers, mattress is the luck of draw. I had a firm mattress but my friend's was sagging and too soft.
Overall, great location, wear and tear and no frills room

We chose a 25 square meter room with two beds. It's a bit small. It's almost like it wasn't 25... We pushed two beds together and created more space, enough to unfold a suitcase.
There's three floors without an elevator. You can barely hear anything, except when ***************** was in the next room, their bed would bang against the wall. You can still barely hear the road. I slept with earplugs. It's fine.
The floor is tiled. It's cold to walk around barefoot. Bring slippers. There's air conditioning, a dryer, a kettle, a closet with hangers, a safe, a refrigerator, and a shower with a heater. The heater can be adjusted. Shampoo and shower gel, dry wipes, and toiletries are provided. Coffee bags and sugar are provided. For some reason, there weren't any tea bags. But that's okay.
I don't like air conditioning, so we ventilated the room: we opened the balcony and the door. It creates a nice draft.
Cleaning and water are provided daily, BUT you must leave the key at reception!
There are reasonably priced food options on the ground floor. The beach and shops are close. The beach was never too rough. There's a fire show on the beach in the evenings.
We loved everything. Thank you very much.

Booked this hotel as our first stop in Thailand while travelling, our plane came late and we arrived a few hours after reception closed, but the owner waited for us to arrive and was very friendly and welcoming, he was incredibly kind and talkative, always will say hello when passing by. The location is great, Lamai is quieter than Chaweng so perfect for families/couples or travellers who aren’t looking for nightlife and are after some more restful days. The hotel is right on the beach and opposite a 7/11, also a walk away from some great restaurants and the lamai night market, it is additionally closer to some sights than Chaweng is. The amenities are great, the bed was large and there was a fridge in the room which is a plus. Would definitely recommend to someone who was after a quieter accommodation on Koh Samui!

Okay hotel but 2 things i did not like. The road to it is closed which results in a 10 minute round drive to reach it and the balcony could not be closed! So basically everybody can enter from the balcony! Didn't feel safe 100%

Despite the fact that the hotel is very old and run-down, it has a great location in the center, the beach is 100 m away, and at the same time it is very quiet and calm, there is a panoramic roof, where it is nice to sit in the morning and drink coffee, if you get tired of the balcony.
For your money, a great option!
Of the minuses - there is never anyone at the reception, the owner is either somewhere in the hotel (he constantly checks water, electricity, toilet paper in common areas), or he is not there at all. (Among the advantages are several phone numbers on the door, you can always dial and even if you don't understand anything, say through the translator ”I booked a room, please come now”, in 5 minutes they will arrive and check you in right away)))
You can leave calmly leaving the key in the open room, or in the lock.
We lived in a room with a window to the street and a fan, the toilet and shower are shared by 6 rooms (2 showers, 2 toilets + two sinks for washing separately) - everything is close to the room and always free. No matter how simple it was, we really liked the atmosphere and location, we would stay in this hotel again, especially for such a price)

We were surprised to find no reception, we weren't told we needed to call a phone number, where we would be given a code to access a key. We were given a room with 2 single beds instead of the king size I booked.
The room was tidy it had everything we were told. TV, A/C, kettle, fridge and on suite bathroom Everything was clean and tidy.
But any problems were easily forgotten when we saw the view. It made everything worthwhile. Absolutely stunning.
That said roosters on the beach in the morning and some traffic noise can be heard. Wasn't a problem for me.
Sorry I didn't get photos of the room.
I would stay there again.

Alice140433The hotel is good and close to entertainment venues, but if you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn't recommend it because there's music until around midnight. Overall, it's very good. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it's close to a convenience store.
