I've always been a loyal fan of Kaiyuan Group, and this stay was truly wonderful. Due to the typhoon, we ended up eating and staying entirely at the hotel. First off, Yun Gu Dexin Hotel is exceptionally clean. What's more, the staff were incredibly caring and patient, making us feel right at home. The young man at the front desk was also very dedicated. Because of the typhoon, I called to check on taxi availability. They not only upgraded our room but also advised me not to take the parked taxis, suggesting a ride-sharing service would be cheaper. Finally, when we checked out, my child's smart watch was left behind at the hotel, and the front desk staff at post number three arranged for free shipping for us. Despite the typhoon, we had the whole pool and ping-pong area to ourselves, which the kids loved. And after the rain stopped today, we even took a walk around the hotel's Zhiji Countryside, where the air was incredibly fresh and healing. When we encountered a minor issue with a dish during lunch at the hotel, the manager promptly helped resolve it. I also really liked the connecting corridor; sitting there was very relaxing. It truly felt like a complete vacation experience. The view outside the room was absolutely stunning, and we received complimentary welcome fruit both days. Traveling alone with my elderly parents and child was hassle-free. Everyone had a relaxed, pleasant, and leisurely three days despite the typhoon.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Yinshan Street and Jianchi Lake. The multiple terraces offer different views, and you can watch the sunrise directly opposite Naked Castle. The breakfast is good; though not a huge variety, everything is quite tasty. The only thing is to make sure to ask about the room's orientation and view when booking, as it can be fully booked during holidays, making last-minute changes difficult.

The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful that it is intoxicating. Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, it feels like you are in a paradise. Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good; I slept well that night. I came for the hotel's ambiance, and escaping the city to breathe fresh air was fantastic. A shout-out to Xiao Liu at the front desk—she was friendly and efficient. She was patient with us when we asked for directions and helped us with our things, and she was always smiling, making us feel very welcome. The location is also convenient, and the price is great!

The hotel's硬件 (hardware/facilities) and environment are excellent, but let's talk about the service: 1) On the afternoon of the 4th, I was checking in. Three front desk staff members were all attending to one group of guests. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and no one broke away to assist other waiting guests. One of the waiting guests went to ask if there was anyone else available to help, and surprisingly, that staff member ignored the rest of the queue and processed the inquiry for that guest, while the other two continued to assist the original group. After finishing with that guest, another front desk staff member ignored the remaining customers in line and proceeded to help a guest who hadn't even queued up. When I pointed out the issue, no one offered an apology or explanation. 2) There's a lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant. I asked the front desk if they had ice cream 🍦, and they told me to ask the restaurant. The restaurant then told me to ask the front desk. 3) They didn't proactively stop guests who ignored the no-smoking signs. Even after I brought it to the front desk's attention, no action was taken. In summary, I'll definitely visit Moganshan again, but I won't be staying at this hotel.

Right outside the hotel is Yaowu Town, and the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary tickets to the Yaowu Scenic Area, which is just a minute's walk away. The 'Jiangnan Little Jiuzhai' is fantastic for photos! The scenic area boasts numerous attractions perfect for families, including a children's kingdom, a glass skywalk, cloud speedway, rail slides, a castle, and the Dragon's Roar rafting. The hotel also features an outdoor hot spring. After a relaxing soak, we enjoyed a complimentary dinner of local chicken hotpot, seasonal vegetables, and cured bamboo shoots. Feeling satisfied, we headed to the well-equipped gym to work off some calories, followed by a pleasant stroll. It's a wonderful leisure and vacation spot.

The mountain view room overlooks Mogan Mountain, offering picturesque scenery. The hotel grounds are lush and green, creating a very nice atmosphere. There are several activity areas outside the hotel, and it just so happened to be raining, which added to the excitement for tourists. The service is excellent; each room has six butlers available from 9 am to 11 pm. There's also a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the hotel. Each room has its own unique style and a strong modern feel. A particularly interesting touch is the change into Beijing cloth shoes in the lobby, giving a homey feel. The rooftop infinity pool is especially beautiful. All kinds of entertainment facilities are available. The breakfast is also unique, a Japanese-style individual serving that's definitely enough. Afternoon tea and lunch/dinner can be booked; the ingredients are all fresh. This newly opened hotel (2026) offers a completely new and comfortable experience.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are located on the mountain, and you need to take an electric shuttle from the lobby to check in. The overall service was good, and the shuttles were frequent and responded quickly when called, making it quite convenient to travel between the room and other activity areas. The hotel is more geared towards families and children, offering a variety of activities like go-karting and kayaking, so you won't get bored staying there. The breakfast selection was decent, and the local Moganshan specialty dried plum vegetable pancakes were quite tasty. The only minor drawback is that the hotel has been around for many years, so some of the furnishings in the rooms show a bit of wear, which slightly affected the experience. All in all, it's still a good option, especially if you're traveling with children.

Moganshan in March smells like spring, and the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery, is incredibly peaceful. The stunning azure lake nestled among the mountains is a sight to behold. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful mountain and lake views. We slept so soundly at night. For dinner, we tried the local spring bamboo shoots and free-range chicken soup, both absolutely delicious. The staff were also very attentive and happy to help with anything we needed. We definitely want to come back for another visit in the summer!

This was my first time staying at Zunlan Homestay, and the value for money was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable and spotless, the shower had hot water instantly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is super convenient with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The facilities are comprehensive and sufficient, making it a perfect spot for a temporary stay. It's truly excellent value for money.
