Recommended by a friend, this resort truly is my kind of place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I really enjoyed just unwinding here. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive; special thanks to the front desk for upgrading my room. The hotel also provided several activity vouchers, which was great as I could pick and choose what I liked. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, saving me the trouble of going out to find meals. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautiful, offering picturesque scenery all year round. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

All drinking water in the guest room minibars is complimentary, demonstrating thoughtful attention to detail. The hotel service deserves the most praise. Two days before check-in, six dedicated staff members from the butler, front desk, and lobby were assigned to assist with the entire itinerary, providing meticulous and attentive service throughout. Many small service surprises left a lasting impression: the turndown service was exceptionally thoughtful, with a complimentary drink for restful sleep; the dedicated parking service was incredibly convenient—simply inform the staff in advance, and the car will be ready, making driving much easier. All hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles throughout, and even providing a thoughtful gift upon departure, demonstrating impeccable hospitality. However, there were two minor flaws during this stay. Firstly, the stargazing room I pre-booked didn't come with a TV, a fact not clearly stated by the hotel beforehand. However, after I raised the issue, the hotel responded proactively and quickly, upgrading me to a room with a TV free of charge. This satisfactory solution demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Secondly, the breakfast selection was relatively simple. The freshly cooked noodles took a long time to prepare and tasted average, with only shrimp shells for simple flavor. Fortunately, the freshly squeezed juice was pure and slightly compensated for the shortcomings of the food. These minor flaws are details that can be improved and do not detract from the overall positive experience. The service team was professional and warm, handling unexpected issues generously and reliably. Unfortunately, it rained heavily for two days, preventing me from fully experiencing many aspects of the stay. Looking forward to a sunny day!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Yinshan Street and Jianchi Lake. The multiple terraces offer different views, and you can watch the sunrise directly opposite Naked Castle. The breakfast is good; though not a huge variety, everything is quite tasty. The only thing is to make sure to ask about the room's orientation and view when booking, as it can be fully booked during holidays, making last-minute changes difficult.

Looking out from the window of the room, you can see the beautiful mountain scenery, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. Also, this hotel is very pet-friendly. This is so important for those of us who have pets. The hotel provides specialized pet facilities and services so that our pets can feel meticulous care. The staff are also very friendly towards pets and made us feel very warm. The room is clean, tidy and warmly decorated. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable and gave me a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel is also excellent. The staff Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Yin are warm and thoughtful, and can always meet our needs in a timely manner. In short, Moganshan Kaiyuan Yiju Hotel is a hotel worth recommending. If you also like nature and want to travel with your pet, then this is definitely your best choice.

The hotel overall was decent. It's about a 10-minute drive off the highway, and there's plenty of parking. The only minor inconvenience is that the underground garage doesn't have an elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the first floor. However, you can park by the back door, which has direct elevator access. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. The room was quite spacious and furnished with tasteful rosewood furniture.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, and the complimentary main course was exquisite and delicious. The outdoor infinity pool is absolutely stunning! It's also close to nearby attractions by car. This is my second stay; the first time was for a team building event with colleagues, and I thought it was fantastic. You can just relax at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and go for a swim without even needing to leave. That's why I brought my family for a relaxing holiday this second time. It offers incredible value for money and is highly recommended.

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

The most intoxicating thing is the infinity pool on the top floor. The pool water is integrated with the distant mountain sky. When the sun sets, the whole valley is covered with gold yarn. Soaking in the pool seems to float in the clouds. Below the pool, a large lawn is spread out, very beautiful. The hotel facilities are more than expected. The free KTV private room sound effect professional, the family sings to the full enjoyment; running in the gym has also become a enjoyment; The waterfall coffee hidden in the pit is an unexpected magpie water sound taste freshly ground coffee, industrial relics and natural landscape collision, actually produced a unique poetry. The mountain view room we stayed in, push the window to see the scenery. In the morning, I was awakened by the birdsong, opened the curtains, and the eyes were green. The mountain vegetables and bamboo forest white chicken for dinner are each a feast of taste buds. The dishes are beautifully presented, but the taste is simple and authentic. You can eat fresh ingredients and the chef's intentions. Three days and two nights passed by. When we left, we were reluctant. Moganshan Aimo Secret Land Hotel is not only a residence, but also a peach place for the soul to return. Whether it is a family trip, a couple vacation or a gathering of friends, it can satisfy all your imagination of a perfect holiday. I am already looking forward to the next reunion.

I spent the weekend at this hotel and had a really pleasant stay. The property is excellent — beautifully maintained, with a great location and stunning views. The pool area is lovely, and my room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a butler who was always ready to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed — truly attentive and helpful service. The service overall was very good, but I would suggest that the staff clean the pool with a net early in the morning before guests wake up. It’s a bit unpleasant to find insects that have fallen into the water overnight, and there wasn’t a net available for guests to use themselves. Apart from that small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back!

The location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
