Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport
"Recommend a security team to assist guest with complaints that front desk employees obviously didn’t have time or the access to aide needs. I was insulted and disrespected by another guest, nothing was done nor suggested to assist me, no sensitivity to how emotional the situation was to me, and instead was forced to leave and then arrested for waiting outside the building for my minor children to come down because I pressed buzzer to once again ask for assistance in escorting them until they left the building. The night counter worker told inaccuracies as to me trying to re-enter the building which I never attempted, just simply pressed the button and returned to the car. My kids were left in tears from this nightmare"
Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton South
"Customer service was excellent Charlotte who does the breakfast was awesome everything was wonderful. Will be returning in 9 weeks."
Staybridge Suites CANTON by IHG
Hampton Inn Massillon
"Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and they actually left the food out until the time they said breakfast ended rather than packing it up 10 minutes early. The breakfast staff was even kind enough to ask us if we wanted anything else before they started putting the food away. The complimentary day passes to the Massillon Rec Center were great, also. It was a very short drive or walk away, and the aquatic center, gym, and exercise room there were a nice amenity."
Courtyard Canton
"Very good experience, looking forward to the next stay Excellent location, close to travel requirements Will continue to stay next time, you can come and stay if you need it Beautiful environment"
Rodeway Inn Near Hall of Fame
"The hotel is run down and falling apart. The staff is nice and friendly. The area is okay"
