As I asked for hot water I was told “No, you wait until it’s fixed.” And afterwards when I tried to explain the inconvenience I was told: I hate you people, referring to my disability . When my friend asked the lady behind the reception desk what she meant, she even said: “I don’t hate you guys, I hate her sort.” Never been so baffled! Horrible place."

"Very friendly lady. I missed the date when booking. But this was resolved immediately without any problems. For this price, I think it is very good. You have a very good bed and pillow. The only thing that was a bit less good was the dust and the corners. But we will be back. Thanks, Shon."
