In the house: central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Stumm" 4 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake 4 km. Golf course (21 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Erlebnistherme Zillertal 12 km, Innsbruck 53 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergbahn Hochzillertal 4.6 km, Bergbahn Zillertalarena 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer See 15 km. Hiking paths: ab Haus. "Martina", 3-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor. Very modern furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and TV (flat screen).
