"Most likely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the start, the staff were professional and lovely. They were eager to help us with everything and knew a lot about the local area. The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, elegant, and had traditional Thai elements. The hotel also had a good breakfast and a pool. Massage service was available only for 290THB in the room for a whole hour. There are bikes for renting for 50THB for the whole day. Overall, highly recommend. Hotel is also in a great location."

"This stay was during the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel was relatively quiet and comfortable, and the service staff was very warm and thoughtful. My family liked it very much! The resort hotel is more Thai, and the configuration and construction are also quite Thai. The single-family wooden house is quiet, comfortable and simple, and the greenery and flowers are very attractive. The guests staying are also quite diverse and have an international style. The breakfast is simple and international, and I like it very much. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the scenic spot. The straight-line distance is not far, but you have to take a detour. You have to make a car or rent a bicycle to travel. There don’t seem to be many restaurants around. After checking in at 7 o'clock on the first night, I looked for restaurants everywhere, which was quite a hassle. Of course, it is indeed a good choice for a quiet vacation. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this one."

The staff were unhelpful, refusing to change rooms or deal with the animals. The hotel beds were tiny, and despite having children, we were forced to pay extra for an additional room. The staff were dishonest; they found a guest's belongings and didn't return them! This place is a dump! However, Trip.com was reliable and actively helped customers resolve issues and fight for their rights. The hotel was truly outrageous!"

"The hotel is quite large, seemingly built inside an ancient ruin. The air is fresh, but the occupancy rate is low, and there aren't many people. The cleanliness is a bit poor; I found yellow stains on the blankets when I went to sleep. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. I took a sip of a chocolate milk tea and found many ants floating in it. I told the staff, and they went to check the cleaning machine. They then made me a cup by hand. Overall, the experience was just average. It might be an option for a short rest."
