We travelled as a family of four, and our stay at SUNRISE Le Jardin exceeded every expectation. The hotel delivered excellence in all areas: food, service, cleanliness, activities, pools, and the beach. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovation work, we barely noticed anything. The entire experience felt seamless.

The staff truly stood out. Every team member greeted us with a smile, was helpful, polite, and consistently professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a big difference, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay.

Our children absolutely loved it. We have travelled to many countries, but this hotel in Hurghada clearly stands out when it comes to service level, activities, and the number of pools and facilities available. The beach was large and clean, the pools and waterpark offered plenty of variety and capacity, and everything felt safe and family-friendly. It is a place that perfectly suits small children, teenagers, and adults alike.

Our room was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The hotel impressed us especially with its day- and evening activities for both children and adults. There was always something fun to do, and the variation ensured that every day felt different.

We will definitely return. In fact, we were already discussing our next trip before we even got back home. Our children truly did not want to leave.

Not a bad hotel by Egyptian standards. I needed somewhere to spend two nights after a dive safari, for these purposes the hotel is excellent) Located 15 minutes drive from the airport. I think families with children under 12 will like it here. Sandy beach, which is not common in Egypt, and shallow sea. Surprisingly good food, compared to what it was 7-8 years ago. A la carte restaurants as always leave much to be desired, well, I'm spoiled by Moscow and European)) perhaps 4 stars can be given (this is my rating)) I liked everything, even the animation dies down after 11 - does not interfere with sleep) Egyptians are growing up

We had an amazing five-day stay at Meraki Resort. As a 4-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly nice, always ready to serve, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and we loved the modern architecture and style of the entire place. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Special mention to Chef Yosri, who was very helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was really good and high quality. The hospitality and dining experience truly made our vacation special. Highly recommend!

All-inclusive, the scenery and environment are very good, suitable for staying for 2-3 days, there are various activities at night, barbecue, dance, etc.

It is not recommended to go to the Italian restaurant, and it is recommended to avoid meat, but everything else is good

Overall, it is not recommended.
1. When booking, Hurghada Hotel ranked first on Ctrip's beautiful scenery list. Now it seems to be second, but this hotel does not live up to its reputation. You can't see the sunset on the beach. The sunset is behind you. I feel that this list is paid for. The following picture 12 was taken on the beach at sunset. It is not much different from other hotels. And because it is in the bay, the sea level is very narrow, and I don't know where the beautiful scenery is.
2. All-inclusive hotel, but all in-room meals need to be paid separately (ordered through the hotel website, the price displayed when placing the order is 0), but I was not informed, and no bill was given at the final settlement.
3. Two twin rooms were booked, and all were changed to double rooms without being informed.
4. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities and environment are pretty good.

The hotel was amazing, the food was great and there is 3 a la carte restaurants you can reserve for free

the staff was friendly and so welcomed except the one on the pool bar was so rude

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service.  People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.

The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists  a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

I booked a superior room with sea view for three nights, and was given a room in the corner of the second floor. The view from the balcony was blocked, and I could hardly see the sea... I immediately went to the front desk to change the room that day, but the front desk said that the room was full and asked me to change it the next day... The next day, after many communications between the platform and the hotel, I was finally given a room on the fifth floor, but the view was still not that wide, and I could not see the sunrise from the balcony! I met other Chinese people in the hotel, and they also encountered this situation. There are many rooms on the first floor of this hotel, but there are only a few rooms with a wide view. The balconies of many rooms are small, and the rooms on both sides are particularly noisy! The all-inclusive three meals are really worry-free, and the meals are also changed every day, and the taste is not bad. There is a swimming pool and a snorkeling area in the hotel. Except for the room problem, everything else is very satisfactory

The hotel on the Red Sea has complete facilities, very suitable for families and children, and the service attitude is also very good. The transportation is a bit inconvenient. If you take a taxi online to go to the airport, you will only receive orders and then ask for a ridiculous price. You will have to pay at least three times the price.

The hotel is fully equipped, with swimming pools, slides, and various entertainment facilities, similar to several swimming pools plus a water park in China. There are more activities and local specialties every night. There are restaurants in various countries, such as Italian, Spanish and Mexican food, which are free, but you need to book seats in advance. The hotel can directly about diving, etc., you need to negotiate your own price, at your own expense, about 400 RMB per person, the price is moderate. Overall, it is a very good hotel, the price is quite high. The hotel is almost full of European tourists, there are few Chinese, and the service staff is very enthusiastic.

White hills resort is astonishing. The view, the room, restaurant is superb. I dont need to review much. Just enjoy my camera roll from the resort. The only thing i want to highlight is their service. All staff are doing a good job, they are so passionate to serve the guests. Shoutout to my butler Mahmoud, he is amazing. He will be ready at your door whenever you need anything. I love the professionalism, the energy and enthusiasm in his work. And to Louerla, what a nice lady you are. Keep that sincere smile. Good job guys

The environment is very beautiful. The room is good. The hotel entertainment facilities are also good. It's just that the restaurant can't be booked. I tried several times in two days and couldn't book it. I can only eat at the big restaurant buffet. I feel that the all-inclusive package is a bit of a loss. However, I only stayed for one night and didn't explore many projects. I have the opportunity to stay longer to experience it.

It was very comfortable and I'm glad that I got a service that was more than worth the money. I was surprised at how quickly the food was served at the dining area. I'd like to go again.

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen.

What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.

The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.

One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.

We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.

The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.

As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.

I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

The hotel is beautiful, boasts a fantastic location, and offers a wide range of facilities. They genuinely prioritize guest satisfaction. It truly lives up to its 5-star rating with utmost professionalism. During my visit, it was exceptionally crowded, especially with Egyptian holidaymakers.
