"The location is really near the airport (3 min drive). All signboard in hotel are in English, Chinese and Serbian. The staff was kind and effective. The room was clean and nice, no minibar, free wi-fi. I was disappointed to discover that there is no free airport transfer ( although it is written on their site). Standing on the street, it's difficult to understand where the entrance to the hotel is, although there is a sign “Hotel”. It turned out that you need to go into the building (where the sign indicated) and immediately take the elevator to the second floor, then it becomes clear that this is really a hotel. There are several steps between elevator and reception and between reception and passage to the rooms, so it is luggage unfriendly."
