"The lady at reception was very unhelpful i really mean extremely unhelpful we had 3 people in one room a tiny room i will add the tired bed was a pull out over the heads of the other 2 beds that is bad yes but we pay for 3 people but she would only give 2 keys ? And now way she will give the tired key and to make this matter worse she told me that she was the manager I have never met such a terrible person working in a hotel in Europe in modern time. Next the dinner is included in our stay and that was a joke. It's 2025 lads come on you can do better than that."

"People were very friendly, excellent price for what you’re given (I paid 60 pound a night for a room with a double bed with oven dishwasher microwave fridge-freezer etc.) staff were useful and even with the language barrier made every attempt to keep up with our needs. Only minor gripe would be the location meaning that any area is a half hour drive or a 45 minute metro into either Paris centre or Versailles. This could be seen as a pro or con depending if you want to cover both areas or just stay in the city centre but overall lovely atmosphere very calming and 24 hour service!"

"The hotel was decent with friendly and welcoming staff, although some were unable to provide certain information, such as about the bus service. The location is a bit out of the way in relation to Paris and the metro line. The room was nice but a little small and lacked essentials like a grab bar when getting out of the bathtub or a sign indicating breakfast times. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked, although the hot chocolate machine malfunctioned a few times. Overall, a good stay."
