"This hotel is above a pub. When checking in, you have to find a bartender, which may be a little confusing at first. But the staff was very friendly and helped me with my luggage. It is more like a hotel apartment, but the environment and facilities are good. It is also close to the airport, and the taxi cost is about 15 Australian dollars. Very suitable for people leaving for the airport in the morning."

"We stayed for two nights in two rooms. Room 10 and 11 great rooms. Room was clean with comfortable beds - it is not a 5 star motel, but we do a lot of travelling and it’s clean and tidy and has your basic accommodation and items and one of the better ones we have stayed in across Sydney. Microwave, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls provided. Clean room and clean bedding. No smells It is on a main road but the noise of vehicles was not a problem at all. Pool was clean Grounds area was clean Plenty of open parking, easy for 4wd vehicles to park and move around Friendly manager Free wifi worked in room"

"Very new hotel. Connected to the shopping mall below so easy access to supermarkets and shops. We booked the one-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious indeed. We booked it so that it could allow an extra bed to be added for our child. But the room faced the main road (Captain Cook Drive) and the noise from the road (especially the motorcycles) penetrated the living room loud and clear. This meant we had to move the extra bed into the bedroom and thankfully it was just able to fit both the double bed and the extra bed, so that the three of us could sleep inside the bedroom in a slightly cramped way. If the living room windows had better insulation, or if the room wasn't facing Captain Cook Drive, then would not have been required. The room and the bathroom was mostly clean but unfortunately I found one of the two bins underneath the sink un-emptied before our stay. The room was well equipped with amenities. It even had laundry liquid for the in-room washing machine. But it didn't have room slippers, which is an unfortunate standard in Australian hotels. There are no dining options in the hotel. but at least there are breakfast choices in the shopping mall below. "

Was able to accommodate me early since my flight arrival was very early. Thanks to Jennifer and Bruno who responded to my request. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the food served for breakfast and dinner at the Atrium. Was a generous meal. Definitely coming back here."

"Well it’s a pub hotel but way too good for a pub hotel. Ate steak for 18$ lunch deal and it was way too good. Chips were fresh and crispy. Rooms were big with good ac and tv with netflix. We didn't spend much time there but mostly all good. 1 minor issue was the pillows were really big & hard. Not a major but slightly uncomfortable. Check in & out were easy. We didn't go in but Pool looked good"
