Hotels in Suzhou Railway Station District, Suzhou

The guesthouse is located next to Pingjiang Road, separated only by a river. You can easily walk around in either direction after crossing the bridge; it's very close. There are many famous restaurants nearby, and attractions are also within easy reach. We extended our stay for another day. It was very quiet at night. The guesthouse rooms were spacious and had separate wet and dry areas. Parking is required by car from the hospital, which is over 500 meters away, but the guesthouse reimbursed the parking fees.

Was given a smoking room(Orange blanket in the photo)at first even we booked the non-smoking room. We requested to change another room and the staff is so friendly to help on our request. Do check the room before go in, we cannot withstand the smell of the smoking room, even they cleaned it for the next guest. The non-smoking room is much more cleaner and bigger than the smoking room. The hotel is close the Pingjiang Road, 1km away from the hotel.

We had a room facing a small but beautiful courtyard. The hotel is located smack in the heart of Pingjiang pedestrian Road which is of cobbled stone. Hotel staff are most willing to assist those travelling with many luggages (and myself with an octogenarian), it is located between Tongli bridge and Chaohuxu Lane/ bridge. (depicted in photos). Fresh and sweet cherry tomatoes are always ready by the frontdesk - pop a few in the mouth any time to guench thirst.

Very appreciate for the room upgrade ! The room is clean and sanitary, the bedding is comfortable, there are various thoughtful gifts, the environment is very good, and love the decoration style very much. The most likely is Xiao Guo at the front desk is thoughtful and enthusiastic, when we arrived and check out actively asking for needs and carrying luggage. The price and performance ratio is very high !

The absolute highlight of this B&B is their incredibly lazy and affectionate cow cat, who seems to just lounge in its favorite spot all day long. We stayed on the first floor, which features a private courtyard of approximately 10-15 square meters. It's beautifully planted with banana trees and roses, making it an ideal spot for conversations, enjoying the gentle breeze, listening to the rain, or stargazing. Apparently, the entire place was recently renovated and redecorated last year, which gives it a very fresh and new feel. While the walls might appear a bit stark due to their whiteness, the room itself is decorated very warmly and invitingly. All the furniture is solid wood, and the bedding was so exceptionally comfortable that I was seriously tempted to ask the owner where they purchased it, haha!

I recently visited Suzhou and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou, and it was a great experience. **Excellent Location, Convenient Transportation:** The hotel is situated in the heart of Gusu District, very close to Suzhou Station. It's also conveniently located near metro stations for Lines 2 and 6. Getting to popular attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Pingjiang Road is just a few metro stops away, and taxis are also inexpensive, making travel incredibly convenient and saving a lot of time. **Thoughtful and Warm Service:** When checking in, the staff member, Ann Ding, was enthusiastic and attentive, even kindly helping my child print homework. You could really feel their genuine sincerity. Food delivery by robot was a novel and convenient touch. **Comfortable Rooms, Complete Facilities:** The room decor was simple yet stylish. The bed was large and soft, allowing for a great night's sleep during my trip. The bathroom featured a smart toilet and a wet/dry separation, keeping it clean and tidy. The 65-inch TV was a fantastic bonus. **Rich and Delicious Dining:** The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, with various Su-style noodles, wontons, and snacks that catered to different tastes. The hotel's atrium boasts a popular '网红墙' (social media-worthy wall) and a beautiful garden landscape, with picturesque scenes at every turn, perfect for photos.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to both taxis and the subway. It's situated right across the road from Suzhou Railway Station, and the subway entrance is directly in front of the station, just a 3-minute walk away. The room features a one-bedroom and one-living room layout, making it very large and spacious. The room was exceptionally clean, and being on the 22nd floor, it offered a fantastic view. The mattress and bedding were spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom also has a modern dry/wet separation design. Although standard check-in is after 2 PM, we were able to check in early at 12 PM because we arrived ahead of schedule. They also kindly granted us a late check-out until 3 PM. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Very excellent service. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 10:30 which was 1.30 hr. before check in time but front desk staff helped me check in with no waiting time. It took only 3-4 mins to walk between Pingghelu station and hotel which made it is very convenient to go to Suzhou attraction points. Room is big and clean. All necessary amenities were provided. The bed is comfortable. When I was back from my trip in the evening, there was bag of fruit hanged in front of my door which made me felt surprised and greatful. Hotel breakfast is various and delicious. Strongly recommend.

Decided to stay in Suzhou solely because of Kongkong & it's the best choice ever. The inn entrance is inside the alley on the 2nd lvl. The only con is that need to climb stairs thus may not be suitable for travellers with huge luggages or elderly. Other than that, everything are fabulous. Didn't get to meet the owner as our timing doesn't match. But added him on WeChat & it was easy to communicate (in Chinese) for the check in & check out. The room give out a lux vibe & even the toilet is automated. Can tell that the owner put in alot of efforts into the small little details to make the stay v comfty. Kongkong decided to join us in the room & choose to sleep with us. Super friendly but hyper. Will keep scratching the door asking to come in. Highly recommend & will definitely book again if coming back to Suzhou.

I'm not a big reviewer, but this hotel deserves a mention. The service was truly excellent. It's a newly opened hotel, and I was here on a business trip to meet with clients. They have a special coffee, which I really enjoyed. The quiet environment, with its small garden and birds, gave me that secluded feeling of being in a city. The conversation flowed smoothly and effortlessly. When the front desk called me, they said they were worried about finding a seat. They took a taxi from the station and the butler service picked me up, which made a positive impression. They even asked me in advance for my preferred custom scent, which was a nice touch. The environment was also great, and I slept soundly—a rare, restful night's sleep. The noodles for breakfast were also quite good. I'll be back next time.
