Berlin Hotels with Pools

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin ⭐ 9/10 💰 Value for money: 10/10 A refined luxury hotel in an exceptional Potsdamer Platz location. The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

We booked 4 nights in this hotel. The service and the staff were really nice. Fresh orange juice service everyday ;) The room was spacious and clean. A nice big shower and some free water was very nice. The only minus was no air-conditioning. The room felt very warm on the 6th floor even though it was not that warm outside in May. The window could be opened but because the room was on the front the traffic was very loud in the night. Had a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here. Maybe not in the warm months in Summer.

I requested a high-floor room, and the hotel thankfully accommodated. The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view – absolutely perfect, and the service deserves a special mention. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Building, Sony Center, and Potsdamer Platz. Right in front of the hotel, there's also a section of the Berlin Wall and the ruins of Hotel Esplanade, which survived the war. From my floor, I had easy access to the gym, sauna, and pool. The sauna is a dry sauna, and the pool is quite nice.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all. I had expected the bedding to be similar to the Marriott in Copenhagen, but this particular bed at the German Marriott was surprisingly uncomfortable. It was nowhere near as comfortable as the twin room I stayed in the following day.

The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. It's a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and there are bus and subway stops right outside. The breakfast spread is generous, and both the gym and swimming facilities are well-equipped and complete. The front desk staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

Despite the great location, I cannot recommend this hotel. It falls far short of InterContinental’s five-star standards. My room was poorly maintained, with uncomfortable, gritty bedding and lackluster housekeeping that failed to clean basic items like a used tea cup or tidy the room while I was out. It felt more like a two-star establishment than a luxury hotel. I am extremely disappointed with the service and strongly urge management to take immediate action.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good. The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

The location is very good in the heart of Kudam ,close to the Zoo train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby, restaurant,bar ,swimming-pool are very nice and classy .Unfortunately ,the standard rooms are quite outdated ,especially bathroom,. The furniture's are looking really like from 1980 s,with wired mirrors at the entrance . I was feeling like in a changing room. Overall the stay was good in my room. I believe they may have updated rooms too.

Very comfortable and clean in quiet area. Very good bed and good air cond. good service from front desk. Bus 200 convenient to go to the center. The only thing is that I booked the upper storey rooms via Trip.com but the property received the booking order from thrid party Hotels .com for a standard room in lower levels (at a lower price) so obviiously trip.com is taking inventories from ********** and get its margin by booking lower room cathegory. It was probably a connection problems between trip.com and ********** systems. Everything was solved on the next day.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.
