The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the MRT station. The rooms are very clean and the design is fantastic. What surprised me was that the drinks in the fridge were complimentary.

The room is spacious enough to put two large suitcases and still have ample space to move around the room. The room is also clean and has no weird smell. Love the bidet toilet seat. Great location, very near to MRT Station. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, can choose set or buffet style.

Everything is excellent except the slight smell of shower room and no hair conditioner. Overall amazing stay!

Convenient location next to metro station. Room size is ok. Breakfast at 13F is ordinary buffet style mainly with Chinese dishes.

Very standard and located in the city centre. The breakfast has to be improved in variety and uniqueness.

The staff are kind and friendly.  Front desk staff guild us around exploring the neighborhood.

So conveniently situated right beside a metro station which then links to all other parts of the city. Numerous restaurants and shops all within a short walk. Hotels in Taipei are generally expensive yet I felt that the brother Hotel offered good value for the price paid and I was very happy in every aspect, although the lack of any recreational facilities (swimming pool, gym) was somewhat disappointing. Room was well insulated from noise, while all the basics such as comfortable, bedding, detailed, housekeeping, free and fast Wi-Fi and excellent water pressure were fulfilled. Set breakfast at Viola Restaurant could do with improvement - namely better quality (and quantity) fruit, crispy/flaky croissants and scrambled eggs that aren't hard and dry. Staff were overall friendly and helpful. This will be my default hotel for all future trips to Taipei (assuming the pricing doesn't increase significantly!).

Right next to MRT, very convenient.  Old hotel but rooms are newly renovated.  Breakfast is at par.  Service ok.  Only one elevator (no stairs) to underground parking so avoid the peak hour usage (long wait time when check out).

The good: The room is in good shape. Location is good too Gym is minuscule don’t bother Breakfast buffets is hectic 1f option is best.
