"It is near the Ximen MRT Station, making it easy to go anywhere in Taipei. When you come back and take a shower, you can find delicious food in Ximending. Ximending is a pedestrian district, a gathering place for young people and very lively.
Tian Tianli and A Zong Noodles are both here, and there are a lot of delicious and good buys.
The hostel itself looks clean and high-quality, and the price is very good. recommend."

I had a wonderful stay at JSL Hotel Taipei. The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants and eateries just a short walk away—perfect for anyone who wants to explore authentic ********* food. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out in the city. What truly stood out was the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. GGuest UserNicely and conveniently located after exiting from Taipei main station. Lots of eateries around and convenient stores for daily necessities and tour gifts. Walking distance to Ningxia night market and Ximenting. Room is small so having 2 luggage is an issue. Overall, recommended for your stay.

AAnonymous UserSmall hotel in Japanese room style, clean, compact space for three people. Good location close to Taipei main station, easy to find hotel on the fifth floor in the same building of McDonald's and can walk to Ximenting or train and bus station conveniently. Hotel service includes a shared kitchen, simple breakfast like toast, peanut butter jam and coffee for free 7 -11 am daily. Just across the road I found a Japanese restaurant with good taste and reasonable prices. From here I ride a bus/mrt to the temple, museums and night market easily too.

GGuest UserIt was so good. The staff are very friendly ❤️the room i had was good and clean. Very convenient, just a small walk to ximen station, also the night market. There’s a near 7/11 where I passed by and bought things. There’s a laundry upstairs and many socket in the room. i dont have a nice photo but the room is small, when u enter, the bed i have is upstairs like when youre in a ship's cabin and there's a tv at you feet. i also have a window which is nice.
All is great and a value for money 👍🏻
Ps. 1 thing I suggest is to add a bidet on the toilet.

The hotel is refurbished, 7 min walk from/to the train station (brown line and green line) 2 train stops from the airport,TSA, Taipei Songshan Airport, mostly domestic flights.
Staff are very welcome and friendly 👍
The hotel doesn't have restaurant on site, breakfast is a burger (it's good).
Coffee, tea, self service 👌.

BBokkie TruongWe spent a comfortable 5 nights in this hotel. Rooms are a nice size, warmly furnished and comfortable double bed! Bathroom is spacious with separate bathtub and shower. No meal options but many food places or convenience stores very near. A nice thing was the water dispenser and a coffee machine for guests downstairs.

CChanbora SekFun Inn Taipei has its pros and cons. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city. The staff and host are great, always responsive and helpful, which really made the stay easier. The beds are also comfortable, which is a big plus.
That said, the building itself is quite run down, not very well maintained, and cleanliness could be improved. Common areas and facilities didn’t feel very fresh. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay if you value location, friendly staff, and a decent bed, but don’t expect a spotless or modern environment.

AadmiralcrunchieThe hotel is located at an extremely prime location, where majority of attractions, necessary train stations, and tour group meetup points are just a walking distance away (5-20min walk to all). Finding the hotel was a bit tough as there was no bigger signage at the lobby area indicating the hotel's existence (7th Floor of the building). 4 elevators service the floor, which is quite ok but tends to be full and an issue near checkout time (11am). Staff are kind and explain everything. There is a pantry with free water, but no snacks unlike other hotels that give snacks. During our stay, there was construction going on which made the hotel lobby quite busy and noisy during daytime. The other guests are also quite noisy even in the middle of the night. They clean the room every 3 days but strictly only upon request, but they change the towels daily. They allow luggage storage after checkout. Overall I'd stay here again primarily because of the location's convenience and kind staff. There are clothing and trinket shops outside the building; it is near a famous beef noodle house.

The front desk service attitude was very good and the room was cleaned very well overall.
