Staff member “RYU” was particularly an amazing part of the experience. She made sure we were comfortable. I loved the room and it felt like a very traditional experience. Only thing I disliked was the water in the hot spring. It was not something you could dig, and the “hot spring” (outdoor) had a lot of sediment from dead leaves that made it feel a bit dirty."
